(9,610 posts)love Sanders.
The only people who have or would "unfriend" me are Republicans.
But, the HRC supporters I see here on DU share more in common with Republicans than FDR Democrats.

(32,324 posts)I am not over it either - I thought that once Hillary was put to bed, back in Fall of 2008, she'd stay there.
But as Secretary of State, she went on to display some very neo-con tendencies.
Also, I believe that she has only come out against the Keystone XL pipeline because she is fully aware that the Enbridge 5 is in place.

(2,570 posts)Bernie would be "turned on" as BHO was if and only if he committed the same sins of real or percieved betrayal.
Crimes of unsated expectation only arise that way.

(12,471 posts)So many Clinton supporters were her same supporters the last time that she won, and their lackeys. Many want a woman president and would vote for Carly Fiorina, if by some miracle, she won and ran against Bernie. Others are corporate sponsored shills who are here to be sure that another corporatist gets into the Oval Office. RepubliCONs are afraid to run against Sanders, because he actually resonates within people, with his honesty, and consistency. They are being their usual mean selves, but you know, haters gotta hate.

(1,024 posts)so many individuals have been banned from commenting in that echo chamber, and yet still a good number of contrarians get through to slam some good sense into them. They can bait no matter how long they choose. They will never be able to contain the outpour of support for Bernie lovers out there.
Really makes me wonder if any of them have ever picked up a world history book

(7,499 posts)if Bernie wins the nomination. It worked so well for them in 2008.

(55,981 posts)they are correct. We will hold him accountable like good Democrats should. If they are saying that in contrast HRC supporters would treat her as queen and accept all that she does without question, I might agree but don't agree that it's a good thing.
I hate to break it to them that we don't think Sen Sanders is a messiah, that's their schtick, we see him as a leader in the People's Movement against the Oligarchy. The Movement is much bigger that him alone. People around the world are starting to feel the burden of the international corporate oligarchy and starting to fight back. Sadly some Democrats are so comfortable with their lives and don't care about others that they support the Oligarchy.

(23,730 posts)about policy as long as it's their Koresh that's proposing it, all the other groups are, too
I'd also add that they revealed that they think that "criticism" or "working with our candidate to get him to incorporate our views on an issue" is "an attack," and that that's pretty telling

(11,175 posts)The OP you linked referred to Sanders supporters who "wont shut the fuck up about how Bernie is the Great Liberal Messiah come to save us all."
In response, Half-Century Man tried to insert a fact:
For this correct observation he garnered agreement from ybbor and chervilant.
The result is that Half-Century Man, ybbor, and chervilant are now Hillary Clinton Group blockees numbers 344, 345, and 346, respectively.
Do you think they can make it to 400? They must be running out of prospective targets. OTOH, I thought that, for precisely that reason, they wouldn't even be able to make it to 300.

HE IS NOW SEEKING OUT TRUMP CANDIDATES TO VOTE FOR HIM!

Of all the low down, nasty habits to cultivate, he wants Republicans to vote for his Socialist, liberal tendency values!
In other news, dog licks own balls, and geese continue their flight south for the winter...
