How much can Beto O'Rourke fit into a 24 hour period...

Last edited Sun May 5, 2019, 05:20 AM - Edit history (1)

These are just a few things Beto has been doing from 5/3 to 5/4...on 5/3 townhall in Fort Worth where a young lady asked a question and then asked about an internship and he said yes right there on the spot! On 5/4 he went to give the Commencement Speech at Paul Quinn College in Dallas. Then he hopped on a plane and flew to Iowa where he held a town hall at 3pm CST on the same day. Then he went and toured a flood damaged farm. Tomorrow he is doing FOUR town halls and a House Party in Shenandoah, Red Oak, Atlantic, Creston and Newton Iowa. I don't care what anyone says...no one busts their butt more than Beto!

Getting out there in person and talking to farmers about Climate Change and how it impacts them is how you bring people on board. I hope he will go to West Virginia soon and visit coal country because those areas are so desperate and impoverished. They need help. I think Beto can bridge that divide.

That's where I first saw him - I thought he was on a fool's errand ("What? A Democrat campaigning HERE?" ) but the locals liked him really well

Most people don't need a candidate to be perfectly aligned with them...they just want to feel respected, valued and heard. That goes a very long way.

the Energizer Bunny. His schedule makes me tired just reading it! He'll never be accused of not putting the time and energy into this campaign.

Good one on him!!

It used to be in Waco, but it moved to southeast Dallas in 1990 and almost closed in the early 2000s due to financial difficulties.

The only reason I knew about the college is because my alma mater played basketball against them since they were only about 75 miles away when they were in Waco and they were in the news in the early 2000s when I was located in the Metroplex.

Go Beto!

I don't know why I typed Austin because I had checked location and read it was in Dallas. I think I saw Austin written somewhere else when I was getting links and just typed it in, lol.
