PA went to Trump in 2016. I don’t think a dem can win in 2020 without it. So I welcome candidates with support in PA.

Not much to hang one's hat on, although I personally find him reasonably impressive.

He seemed like a great candidate based on his resume. He beat Arlen Specter, but then lost to Toomey. That I didn't understand. I didn't pay a lot of attention back then, so maybe he said something wrong or doesn't campaign well.
