the Constitution doesn't prohibit that, or even address it. All it says is: "The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office." It doesn't say the judges have to stay in the courts they were appointed to, and I couldn't find anything in the federal statute (28 U.S. Code) that addresses this either.

Glad to see some chat about this, as I've thought this might be cause of complaints about him. I grew up there, and like to hear a 'hometown' accent; I understand why others don't.

Thank goodness Warren is in the race. So many of the best moments for other candidates is when they pick up her themes. The only exception I saw tonight was Mayor Pete, who obviously has a brilliant mind of his own.

Every other candidate waded into the crowd, talking to them, taking selfies, etc. Except for one, who made a beeline to reporters. That one, of course, was Bernie Sanders. 130. I like Kamala a lot, BUT....
Fri Jun 28, 2019, 12:22 AM
Jun 2019

Joe Biden said he learned to work with the separatist senators way back when. He definitely did not say he adopted their attitude. He never got a chance to explain, and she doesn't seem to want to hear it anyway. Otherwise, I think she did great.

What the hell was up with Swalwell? He's been good any time I've seen him interviewed, but tonight, he was just annoying. Almost as much as Gillenbrand, and that little gnome that wouldn't shut up on Wed. night. You would see some of the others politely raising a hand to try to get time when they wanted to make a point. The rude ones just appeared desperate.

Bernie was Bernie. Mayor Pete was good. Wang just looked bored, and disheveled.

I watched Joe after the debate was over, communing with the crowd. He looks directly into a person's eyes, and really focuses on them. He holds hands, he holds shoulders. He exudes empathy. And that goes for both women and men. Kamala does much the same. They both seem genuine. They would make a great team if they could get that one issue resolved.

My .02

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
