His almost manic gesticulating needs to be calmed. Hope his hew hires make that happen. That particular mannerism makes him honest enthusiasm seem over the top. Plus they are very distracting frim his message.

Style over Substance?? Seems that way even though it may not be.

You will see the animation calmed substantially.

It's mostly when he is drawing energy from large crowds close to him that he is more animated. I actually like that he talks with his hands a bit. Energy and enthusiasm are important! Glad you are considering him.
