It's primary season, folks. Candidates are going to confront each other.

It's apparent that all of the major candidates, except maybe Warren, have engaged other candidates on their records and/or positions on the issues. No one is breaking the Unity Pledge for running a normal campaign. There's no need to criticize candidates for "going after" one another during the campaign so long as confrontations are done honestly and in good faith.

That is all. Thank you.

making sound worse criticisms of others designed to to get venal, "if it bleeds it leads" MSM coverage. Unfortunate, and some sometimes do go too far, but press coverage is the breath of life for campaigns.

In election after election, many imagine enmities build up between professionals to levels that just don't exist. Candidates may get angry, but they understand each other and share the same needs and problems.

The OP is right, there's no law against going nuclear against the frontrunner in a Dem debate, and hey it worked for Trump. But that doesn't mean we have to reward it.

Comparing a Democratic candidate to Dotard, or saying one is unfit to lead is way OTT, in my opinion.

I support Harris, obviously. I did not feel, as some here did, that her challenge of Biden at the debate was an attack. I do, however, feel that comparing Biden to Trump is a personal attack, and just plain stupid.
