Bashing Obama in the debates is a bad idea.

They should had focused on Trump instead.

If I were to vote in a presidential

Joe is a grown-up, he can take it. The Democratic candidate will get bashed harder in the general election by Trump and his followers, so it’s a good thing to expose everything now. People need to stop being so sensitive.

Hence the desire for "safe" candidates, fewer debates, finding an imaginary center, apologizing for our values, etc.

I Agree with you; a decent crucible in the primaries makes for a strongly forged candidate in the fall.
