...along with every instinct of his which is to use his power to screw with people. Not just politicians, but private citizens.

It's truly a campaign of terror. I wouldn't be surprised for some international body to sanction or censure him for his behavior toward Americans, like the U.S. does to rogue nations and other human rights abusers.
