Nope, he's definitely trying to take a bite out of her, or whatever the equivalent of a bite is when it's entirely lips. This probably won't alienate anyone who wasn't already put off by Biden's habit of getting into women's personal space. It admittedly looks more funny than creepy in the video, and for all we know this is normal behavior between the Bidens when they aren't in public. But the images from it are jarring nonetheless.

9. It's not 'jarring'; it's funny. He didn't 'bite'; he briefly sucked it

after he had signalled to the crowd how close her hand was getting to his mouth, got a laugh from them, and then did this. Which she immediately found funny too. He wasn't "invading her personal space"; she was unintentionally invading his, but they're husband and wife, and instinctively made it a joke.

Jesus, the media and Twitter are going to crap on everything every Democrat does, aren't they?
