How much would you be willing to pay to vote in the Democratic Primary?

In the upcoming Labour Leadership race, you have to pay as much as GBP 50 for a voting membership (discounts available for different groups).

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

But from reading, I was under the impression that Labour MPs selects the next leader.

From what I have read, an MP named Rebecca Long-Bailey seems to have the inside track, followed by an MP named Lisa Nandy. Both are around 40 years old, but both have links to Corbyn, which could prove to be problematic. My personal favorite is Yvette Cooper, a Scot Labour MP. I think that be selecting Cooper, Labour can take a front row spot on the coming fight with Scottish independence. Cooper is around 50 and has over two decades in parliament, and she appears to be a highly skilled politician. Actually, all three are skilled, as are several others that are being mentioned.
