(25,471 posts)When Biden was the front-runner, it was all Biden all the time for months, starting before he even formally annouced. When Warren was briefly the front-runner, Sanders supporters turned on her to a significant - and quite vehement - degree. When Pete looked like he might be a threat to Sanders in a couple of early states, reaction was similarly intense.
Welcome to the top of the leaderboard. Sanders isn't unique in this, nor is the criticism of him. He's facing what every front-runner in every cycle has faced. You probably don't see it that way because it's human nature to see what we want to see.
