3. Democratic House and Senate people running in 2020 can say they would

be for a public option or improved obamacare or that they would support medicare for all. They don't have to follow Bernie to a T. There is room.

12. I doubt Sanders would manage M4A

But he will push from the Left. Iím ok with seeing where that gets us if heís our nominee.

I think Obama compromised too easily with the ACA, but I also understand the reality of no supermajority and Liebermanís fucking of the party.

16. That's about where my thoughts on the matter are

I just wish Obama had started negations a bit further to the Left. You donít start compromise negations from halfway to the middle. Obama did. I feel like we couldíve gotten more.

But if Sanders wins, Iíll guess will see if Iím right or wrong. This is going to really depend on how Congress shakes out.

20. Republicans held up Al Franken's win in the Senate. Then Ted Kennedy got sick.

Then it was midterms. They only had months to get it done. Heartbreaking all the way around.

Then Lieberman drove the stake in.

Dick.

Does this mean the far left is still on board to primary Pelosi for being a God awful establishment Democrat or not?

Still a straw man, you just pasted a picture of someone on it.
Unless that is you really believe the OP is him, could be, low post count, doesn't know what a straw man is even while employing one.
It might be possible you are that uninformed....I guess.

edited to add, no you think the OP is Susan Sarandon, my mistake, thinking that s not nearly as silly

Her House majority is solid. They improved their popularity by impeaching Trump. Her members will have coat tails. Bernie won't have any. Doesn't mean he can't win, just not likely.

The Hill, 2-26-2020

" Pelosi says she'd be comfortable with Sanders at top of ticket "

" House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Wednesday said she would be comfortable with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) as the Democratic presidential nominee in November.

The congresswoman was asked the question as she was leaving a closed-door meeting in the House basement Wednesday morning.

She replied with one word: "Yes." "
