Uh oh...Bernie Sanders mentioned millionaires...

...on his issues page:

Scrap the income cap on Social Security payroll taxes through the Social Security Expansion Act so that millionaires and billionaires pay more into the system.

So much for the “BERNIE CHANGED HIS MESSAGE” nonsense.

Joe Biden

unlike tRump. I love the fact that he is a self made millionaire & not someone who mooched off his daddies money all his life like tRump.

Not sure if there are any details, but if it goes like Medicare now: Seniors pay out of their Social Security checks for Medicare Part B. Then they have to buy a supplemental policy. Part A has been paid for through years of paycheck deductions. We need this, but folks need to know it isn't free.

It's free at the source.

You go to a doctor or hospital and don't pay out of pocket.

Yes you pay more in taxes but you have no insurance premiums.

are paying now. His tax plan for the wealthy doesn't even kick in till $10 mil then it goes way up, like 50%. His becoming a millionaire from his best selling book did not change his agenda at all. It's only mentioned in an attempt to mis characterize his positions. It had no effect. The difference in costs for Present Medicare recipients is that their costs will go down while benefits go up because EVERYONE will be covered and we all have the same ins. operating at 3% overhead as compared to 20% overhead of private ins.

Problem solved.
“Multi millionaires and billionaires”
Surely someone on his staff could add that one word to his stump speech.
It’s not rocket science here.

he already is with a huge knowledge of facts and a passionate vision of a united America. Not since FDR have we seen such a man of the people give such a passionate vision a practical pathway. I challenge people to go to FOX or youtube and watch Bernie's townhall and see how well he handled himself. Magnificent.

Attention DU Sanders haters: the truth really hurts some times.

Bernie's silence on the millionaire status during the Faux News town hall was an unfortunate moment but means nothing more than the fact that he should have been prepared for the question and wasn't.

Live and learn.

Either way, April 15, 2019 was YUGE day in the Bernie 2020 campaign. Let's remember it as such.

He held most of the Faux News town hall audience's attention in the palm of his hand, especially is answer on Medicare For All. If he can do that, he can win many red states in the primary and general.

Did you hear that his Faux News town hall has tremendous ratings?

that a lot of the audience consisted of Sanders supporters? I would have been surprised if he hadn't "held their attention in the palm of his hand."
