young people watch TMZ? I don't know the exact number either, but it's A LOT! Getting those people to the polls is a must for Democrats in 2020.

It seems an odd tack to me as well, but as a Rhodes Scholar Buttigieg has got it together.

But I was pleasantly surprised when I clicked on it and watched the video. Mayor Pete was his usual smart & thoughtful self, but the TMZ gossip guys were pretty respectful and even kind of nice towards him (which I did not expect, aren't they pro trumpy? ). And, I suspect that there a quite a few folks out there that get their "news" from this kind of source so maybe now they learned something!

Great interview. My petty observations: He's like a wise 57 year old in a 37 year old's body. He's incredibly persuasive. I couldn't relate to his music choices, but I'm glad he was honest and didn't try to come across as something he's not. Thanks to him, I'm about to look up Jimi Hendrix Star Spangled Banner and Shea Diamond. Also, he speaks like an FBI official.
