Bibi is waiting on the second coming of Trump.

And right now, his military strikes on Gaza are HELPING that hoped for result.

Why in the hell would he stop?

He has no reason to stop. I think you are right...he would like TFG to return to power. They are like 2 peas in a pod. The only thing that can perhaps influence Bibi and help President Biden's approval with the Asian constituencies he needs in places like Michigan, is if Biden, along with all the major players in the region, like Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, and others, release a declaration supporting a Palestinian state in Gaza. Now THAT might make a difference. It probably won't happen, but it would show Bibi that our President is losing patience with his "over the top" actions in Gaza.

act that position out (like approving weapon sales or supporting bills with billions in US funding), you have lost your leverage to influence what they do.

This is just have-it-both-ways rhetoric for naive public consumption, unless accompanied by consequential actions (of which there is no whisper at the moment).

And so Netanyahu will do whatever he wants regardless of what Biden says.
