Did Trump ALREADY violate Judge Merchan's expanded gag order? Is it time for a 30 day jail stay? - Glenn Kirschner

On Monday, New York Judge Juan Merchan issued an expanded gag order prohibiting Donald Trump from talking about the family members of the judge, prosecutors and their respective staffs.

On Tuesday, Trump reposted comments by a Fox broadcaster talking about Judge Merchan's daughter.

Did Trump already violate the expanded gag order? And if so, will judge Merchan impose the 30 day jail term that is authorized under New York law for such criminal contempt? - Glenn Kirschner - 04/02/2024.

I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to see what happens if trump got carted off to the pokey for what I'd prefer to be several years but concede that a few days is probably more like it. IF we're lucky.

Anything to prevent him from attacking anyone involved in his numerous cases and attempting to incite his "supporters" to target them on his behalf. I think that we all are due for a long overdue rest from his insanity and hearing every single day about his threats and crimes.

You’re spot on, Rhiannon. Sure WOULD be nice NOT to have to hear about him or know that he was on top somewhere, deviously manipulating laws and circumstances to his own personal advantage.
