3. Judge Merchan allowed members of the jury pool to self-identify that they are already prejudiced to the point

that they cannot serve a juror. The judge didn't allow the attorneys to address those individuals in order to rehabilitate them to qualify as a juror and dismissed them in order to prevent further delays to the trial.
