Yeah, they just aren't mad enough to impeach yet. Once they get really mad they'll impeach him because that's all it takes? High crimes or enough anger, isn't that how it goes?
This clown can't even cite the number of members of the House: "I cant speak for the other 400 and some congressmen..." And this is his 6th term of service.

I'm just gonna go ahead and feel good about myself for still believing that elected officials should use a little more style, a little more class when they speak in public.
Who said it?: The President "is a complete menace to our civilization”
A US Congressman. In front of people who are already fringe-y enough to be asking about impeachment. This is MO Rep Todd "at the heart of liberalism, really, is a hatred for God" Akin
I think some of the thought was, hes coming up at this point for election and the best way to impeach him is the ballot box... So I think thats the thought, because youre never going to get something through the Senate. That doesnt mean that at a certain point you just say enough, I dont care enough about the Senate, duty calls us to just get up and just impeach this guy. And maybe hes not quite gotten to the point where youve got the Republicans basically all the Republican bloc is not quite mad enough for that.
Still, Akin said he had plenty of relevant concerns: Obama, he said, ignores the Constitution, he ignores the laws, he wants to impose all of the czars, he completely ignores the train wreck of the economy, which hes causing with trillion-dollar-plus deficits every year you go along.
...
He is a complete menace to our civilization, he said. The question is whats the best way to get rid of him, I think probably at the ballot box next election, we need to get that done.
