Potential Rmoney memes, off the top of my head

Is one better? Either way, take, distribute.

The KKK is celebrating tonight.

Just like the "Christians" in NC and across the nation, because they managed to attempt to make "news" to manufacture about the D's upcoming convention in NC. Some have posted calls for a boycott, and cancellation of a years' worth of planning.

As much as they hate "th' homos," they still hate Obama more. They don't need a reason, one was supplied to them., through repetition, as Procter & Gamble did/does with their ads, whether through Fox Noise or churches preaching hate.

The Klan was founded, and remains, a "Christian" organization.

And the Southern Baptists were founded because they broke away from the national, nationwide baptists because they supported slavery.

Don't take my word for it, look it up.

The reality for gay men:

Jesters can tell the truth. And change the world.

A couple of days ago, an Oklahoma lawmaker inserted "every sperm is sacred" language into an anti-choice bill (see http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2012/02/09/okla-lawmaker-defends-spilled-semen-amendment/). This was an act of pure genius, almost on a Colbert level. It is also true, if one is going to go by the bible.

So many of the idiots who vote for the destruction of their own country are completely brainwashed by Fox Noise, etc, and, try as they may, they can't produce humor with sticking power, period. Most can't even recognize it!

Liberals, progressives, etc, typically have no trouble with humor unless it degrades another person or group and/or is mean spirited.

Just wondering--is there any way that we could put our heads together and come up with memes to spread via the net or through contacting our lawmakers, etc? Some of us who are graphically inclined could come up with PDFs featuring memes (some of which would necessarily be biblical in nature, others, for more urban areas, a little more open) so that others here and elsewhere could download and print them themselves--in various sizes, for stickers, buttons, signs, etc., to print on sticky-backed paper or to laminate for signage.

(And, of course, keep the ideas no-ownership, free to all, copyright free, strictly non-profit.)

Repigs use hate and fear to spread their message. What better counter than humor to spread the TRUTH?

Genetically Modified Foods Not Served in Monsanto Cafeteria

http://www.blacklistednews.com/Genetically_Modified_Foods_Not_Served_in_Monsanto_Cafeteria/17775/0/38/38/Y/M.html

The fight to ban genetically modified foods has won more converts — some employees of Monsanto the company that is doing the most to promote GM products.

The Independent newspaper reports that there is a notice in the cafeteria of the Monsanto pharmaceutical factory is High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, advising customers “as far as practicable, GM soya and maize (has been removed) from all food products served in our restaurant. We have taken the steps to ensure that you, the customer, can feel confident in the food we serve.”

The notice was posted by the Sutcliffe Catering Group.

Monsanto confirms the authenticity of the notice, but company spokesman Tony Coombes says the only reason for the GM-free foods is because the company “believes in choice.” Coombes says in other Monsanto locations employees are happy to eat GM foods because they are “sprayed with fewer chemicals.”
