WGA Lectin

Wheat plants like plants everywhere have Defense Mechanisms.
Wheat manufactures a poison,like beans do and other plants(castor bean lectin is ricin).Since wheat is a plant and needs a way to deter animals from eating it's seeds it makes various toxins. A toxin in the seed is wheat's method of reproductive defense mechanism. Like apple seeds have cyanide in them,wheat has a WGA Lectin.

Lectin is toxic.Like minute amounts of ricin won't just kill you right away, it'll make you sick, it's still poison to stop the effects on the body it is best to stop eating any form of ricin.. makes sense right?
Likewise if we ate a bunch of eucalyptus leaves it would make the eaters of said leaves sick or dead. But Koala bears eat them all day because their bodies can deal with the toxins in eucalyptus that would harm us.

Wheat lectern ,like any poison in minute amounts won't kill you right away either but it will fuck up your body bit by bit until you develop reactions like diabetes or leaky gut and choose to stop eating it. A little tiny bit of cyanide won't kill you right away, it may make you sick or it won't.Like like swallowing an apple seed. If you keep eating apple seeds it can accumulate in your system and kill you if you eat it enough times or in a big enough dose.Like say a pound of apple seeds chewed.swallowed..

Medical assistance Question..

Has anyone on medical assistance have to sign a 'contract' with a middleman insurance company(mine was united health care MA version)I went to the doctors last thursday,I found out I have a bacterial infection,pinkeye and a UTI.I had to get antibiotics,and I was told to sign for it like on an electronic signature pad like people do for credit cards.I was told it was Walgreen's it is new protocol, don't worry about it, it's what MA wants you to sign..So I signed it because I was sick,after signing it .I felt uneasy, feeling bad about just signing it. So I went back to read what I just signed,it stated that they may or may not pay for my medication.


I am pissed,I had to get the antibiotic and the floconazole propianate to keep the snot from swelling my throat or I won't be able to swallow. They gave me the meds charged me a few bucks yet every one of my meds had pre-authorizations required on it. Never had ALL my meds require a pre-authorization before. Especially antibiotics. WTF.

I called my doc and told her about it.They sent the authorization.I won't know until monday if they will pay it or not...It is very strange. what if they don't pay? I'm broke I can't pay.I am on disability. If anyone else here is a pharmacist who's required clients to sign the 'contract' or finds out what's going on or why,please tell me.

And if anyone here had something like this happen to them please post it here.

This bugs me it feels like the pig 1 percent are going to fuck over the disabled.

Some people are more emotionally equipped to handle freedom than others are. People emotionally equipped to handle freedom don't have a compulsion to lie, they don't get off on physically or verbally abusing people, they don't abuse people 's trust either. They don't intimidate, humiliate or belittle other people to force them to be silent. They don't act like greedy pigs at other's expense.

They police themselves from within. They have self control and confidence that comes with self awareness and empathy and the desire to improve the well being of others.

Some people don't desire to dominate relationships they are involved in. Some people are not afraid of losing, being wrong, looking 'weak' or having their own integrity doubted by others. Their personalities and personal flaws are less defended because the person accepts them and is aware of their own limits.
They are well aware of their own autonomy and power to choose right and wrong. They are self aware, self responsible, compassionate and secure. Some people know how to share what they have and are oriented toward cultivating right relationships with others. They know how to be assertive without being aggressive. Some people have enough self control to handle freedom of speech and free association.

Other people can't cope with freedom, and beg by their actions and abusive speech to be limited in their freedoms. They readily use the noble idea of freedom as a rallying cry for the right to abuse, use,con,lie, torment or humiliate or mutilate others. They use freedom of speech as a cry for their own alleged right to verbally abuse others. They use freedom of association as a cry for the rights to use others to look "powerful" and con them with religion, promises they intend not to keep,scams or false hopes.

People with conduct disorders want the freedom to be intimidating, pushy, deceptive and cruel, and disrupt others' freedoms and relationships. They need to dominate and control social situations. These people can't handle freedom well. They are emotionally and socially screwed up.

They want to be free to abuse and manipulate other people around themselves and reduce other people's freedoms in the name of the bullies' sought-after authoritarian "freedom."

Tyrants, abusers, and bullies have problems with their own conduct in relationships of any kind. They are freedom killing, disruptive authoritarians, aggressive greedy and deceptive.
A person who is behaving like a totalitarian, a bully, a dominator, a user or abuser is INCOMPATIBLE with a society that values freedom and democracy.

Yet taking an absolutist stance on 'freedom' ... preserves the bully's "rights" to abuse, as well as our own rights to relate to whom we wish to, and to speak our minds.

It was said by the anthropologist who studied a very aggressive and abusive patriarchal tribe, the Yanomano, that in order for one segment of the population to dominate and know power over the "lessors," the other segment or "lessors" must be indoctrinated in cowardice.

It has always been this struggle in society ... what do we do with the bullies, exploiters and liars? Do we give them, rights and let them abuse our freedom ... so they can lie disrupt, foment hatred and abuse people? Or do we limit their damage? Restrict their freedoms?

In a small, close knit tribe where "leaders" have less power over the members and are held accountable by the force of close proximity to the populace, it might be possible to recognize problem people just by watching their habits. Then a population can purge its sociopaths and bullies by exile or by restriction, and maintain sociological health (that is, if bullies are not dominating the tribal government).

But in America, in this civilization gone insane, you can't just limit a bullies freedom without limiting your own freedoms. We are caught in a double bind here. And can we get ourselves out of it — and still be free? If so, HOW?

How can a distant uninvolved entity like the government recognize a conduct-disordered bully from someone who is just colorful and outspoken? The law is so easily made corrupted or too busy to give true justice..The government we allow is currently run by authoritarians, bullies liars and abusers. The people in the government have various conduct disorders; that is why we expect them to lie, expect them to exploit us and expect them to abuse our freedoms. This is why we do not trust the government to do much in the interests of maintaining civil freedoms from bullies. Better use those absolutist principles to restrict power-made authoritarians who are equipped with homeland security, FBI and CIA, and huge nuclear arsenals built with our tax money to restrict our freedoms and the freedoms of other nations.

You can risk your own comfy position and turn on the bullies around you with teeth and expose them, call them on their lies publicly, and denounce their sick disordered social control tactics, their greed and destroy their stranglehold over others. So that they know they are no lord or master over others ... It would be a constant fight to get conduct-disordered people to restrict themselves from within. But this is one way out of this "double bind" about freedom.

The other way out is slowly strangling and silencing your own humanity within, by betraying yourself from within. For America's top 1%, the most wealthy to be in the powerful position they are in today, the other 99% of the population of America has to have learned the lessons of cowardice.

A lot of sad, alienated, tired, insecure, overworked, guilty, confused, emotionally unstable, intellectually lazy, and fearful people who are emotionally unequipped for confronting an asshole boss, or an asshole kid, or an asshole spouse have given up freedoms. Especially if they are dependent upon the bully for a paycheck, a relationship, or if they are afraid of confrontation or deep down believe they can't change the situation.

When 1 in 4 Americans have some form of mental illness, it's a warning that our way of relating to each other socially is becoming very sick. I think it's a call from within to stand up and confront the bullies around us, the bullies we let be in power, the bullies who are making us all sick. I am referring to the corporate polluters, liars, con men, the advertisers, politicians, lobbyists, spin doctors, media whores, and all the other public abusers of trust, as well as the domestic bullies like spouse beaters, con men, the TV, school bullies, religious bullies, work bullies, parent bullies and social bullies.
Authoritarians can't self-police their own actions in society. They see no wrong in harming or using others or destroying the Earth for profit. Other people have to step up to control them and contain them or they will not stop.

A person's conscience (if they have one) can torment them emotionally from within, until they make things right with themselves. If you ignore your own conscience's convictions of your wrong actions and words long enough, you can condition yourself to become numbed to it. The cost of ignoring your own conscience is to become neurotic, dishonest, addicted, impulsive, passive aggressive, manipulating, secretive and insecure.


If you let bullies dictate how you live, if you let bullies lie and steal unchallenged, then you are setting yourself up for a big explosion someday — or for a free fall to the bottom. Or you just might lose your conscience, either momentarily or forever, when you choose to betray yourself in a fit of rage, frustration or despair. When you are down or shattered to bits inside, a bully does not care about your pain at all. He sees you as an all day sucker to exploit, or as a weak, pathetic loser. He thinks this way because he has no empathy for you.

Authoritarians, bullies, liars, users, abusers, con men, and control freaks are incompatible with notions of freedom and democracy in any civil society.

Yet there is another half of this sick equation: the enabling, passive cowardice of a population who accepts being exploited, and abused who are in the name of security,fear or just not wanting to get involved who are willing to throw away their consciences,empathy with others,determined to destroy mental health and civil society for a pittance and cling to absolutist principles because they don't want to risk doing anything others especially the bullies in this world might disapprove of. They don't want to risk more corrupting influences, to remove to corruption that is already there. This sad dynamic in passive people makes "the natural domination of sociopaths" in society possible.

Get honest and right with yourselves, people. Freedom for the World begins within YOU.

Fuck what others might think of you and those absolutist principals, and do what is right. Authoritarians, con men and bullies are by their nature incompatible with freedom and democracy in a civil society. They are the ones after power simply to abuse power and 'get away with it' who are stirring up free people to consider insane reactions.
Do not lose your freedom or your humanity for other bully people by letting them 'get away with it.'



Confront those who would warp and destroy freedom in the name of freedom.I don't care who they are or how 'powerful' you or they think they are . Do the right thing fearlessly. To not listen to your own conscience and to choose to not have self control, to avoid confrontation of a bully at all costs is what it takes to truly lose your freedom.

If it were That easy...to lose weight as in that commonly believed but incredibly ignorant calories in/out model we'd all be thin.If Soda was the culprit of the obesity problem..

People who think the calorie in and out model works all the time like some math equation,they have no idea the complexities of changing a body metabolism. A lot of fat people eat LESS than thin people do. Diets FAIL,at a 98% rate. There are MANY factors at work causing obesity ,pollutants,viruses,abuse...the list of possible causitive factors is long.
Why can people who drink super big gulps often seem to not gain weight from it?


If diets worked there wouldn't be so many of them being promoted like a magic health solutions.If dieting actually worked and nobody would be fat.Nobody would regain it after using the regimen for months or years.

Yet the fat phobes still continue giving unwanted sanctimonious advice to the overweight as if they KNOW why fat people get fat,is is fucking rude.
Our narcissistic, vain, body/status obsessed and superficial society piles on that all pervasive pressure to conform,suffer to be beautiful,reduce calorie intake exercise more and more and become become food obsessed,until you are scared to eat things, scared to miss the gym because of the burning soul killing humiliation that fat people face,daily. Social pressures,fat bigotry, ignorance that some people have about fat people is abusive and toxic to well being,self acceptance and growing into as a culture, the accepting of body differences in a diverse world.


Fat Bigots are as toxic as racism,homophobia or any other bigotry. But right now browbeating the "fatties" is a hateful bigotry our society now accepts.
It even legislates against food they imagine fat people eat. Soda..what next chips,butter, what will be the next"evil"food to fear?What excuse to control,blame fat people,than no one will have freedom to eat as free people anymore. The saddest thing is this kind of nanny tactic was promoted by the Nazis. Nazis idolized the fit Aryan body, the ancient Greek model of physical perfection. The vain feared fat in the Reich to the point whipped cream was seen as the devil itself. The Nazi's restricted what the people ate 'for their own good' in Nazi Germany. Nazis believed your own body was not really yours.It belonged to the state. Do you wish to be owned and belong to the state,or the City of New York?
Even if limiting soda intake is healthy do you want the LAW of New York City make you by force limit how much sugary shit you can drink in one cup.?

Right now fat bigot politicians , fat bigot busybodies trying to warn fat people of their horrid 'lifestyle choices',and fat bigoted people can get away with such stupid shit . People have internalized a lot of the Nazi belief system without even realizing it. Doesn't matter if you are on the left or right nowadays,there is idealogical overlap..

Maybe one day people will become more sensitized to others situations and care about others well being without the force of law and trying to dominate or control them. Maybe one day the haters, they won't get away with it anymore because society won't tolerate bigots bullshit no matter whom is targeted..Maybe the promotion of the failure called calories in/out will finally be shown to the to be the failure it really is to all these simplistic thinkers and vain and sanctimonious people. I'm fat,I don't drink sodas,I don't use sugar, Don't eat white rice,or white bread,I do everything in moderation yet my bodies set-point never budges faster for me.
If I diet and I yo yo so I end up fatter,than BEFORE the diet because my bodies set-point drops even further lower.

I learned this by DIETING.A.K.A calorie reduction 1,200 calories to be exact, and I passed out in the weight watchers meeting..I wasn't getting enough food.The starvation study I linked to below had people eating 1,500 calories..

So I gave up on calorie in calorie out dieting,and I haven't gotten any fatter.But the damage is done.

This soda legislation in New York is Fat Bigotry motivated by that same bigoted assumption that fat people use more resources than other people do.I see A LOT of thin people drinking super big gulps nobody looks with disgust at them chugging all that sugar..And over time they sometimes don't gain weight. Did the Lucky sperm club give some people superior metabolic rate? Blessed with a fast metabolism that uses the calories you eat so you don't have weight issues? Lucky fucky you.. BTW don't tell me how to feed myself.I eat healthier than most thin people do even on my cheesy budget. and I HATE Nazi's so I am aware of their tactics and belief systems.

The Dangers of fundamentalist christian housing for people with mental illness

There is a place that houses the mentally ill out here called Hope House.The people running it are insane fundamentalist christians and control freaks.I just found this out,today. I was told when clients move in there the crazy religious assholes take them off their DOCTOR prescribed medications.And some meds need to be tapered off like seizure medications for safety reasons.They don't taper them off there,safely they just confiscate their medications and cut them off cold.

That means schizophrenics get no medication,people with depression can fall back into depression,etc..The person I was talking to had been in the hospital twice since she moved in there,the hospital stabilized her and she went back to 'hope house' and had a crisis again.

She said the people running the place took away her medication, they said to her, that it was ok to see people that are not there and that god can cure her of schizophrenia. Other people in the group I was talking with her and others ,there were others who lived there or are living there backed her up. The "hope house" christian fanatics had pulled this crap with them also..The more I heard I got more pissed.I felt like going to"hope house" and kicking some religious bully ass.

Religious people,especially ones that FORCE clients to go to church whether they believe or not and risk their sanity because of what the asshole running the place believes in..should be shut down,and the owners put in jail.I hate pushy,fundamentalist christians.They need to go away,stop & shut up.. the people running"hope house" are too fucking religious to take care of anyone.

So many times I have wanted to punch pushy religious freaks in the face.I hate them.You cannot reason with them,or even talk to them like other people.I think these true believer types are a toxic religious disaster.

They should not be allowed to legally to run any housing for the mentally ill. They push religion,they try to bully clients into conversion and take away meds that some really do need. This is WRONG.They do not tell the clients their meds will be cut off when they are in the admission process. In my case assholes like the hope house staff would trigger me so bad,it would be a horror show,if they forced me to stop my meds,and go to their fanatic church. And it could get much worse the more they played control games and pushed religion....I know I'd be hospitalized in the first week.I was in Assemblies of God,and these people are dangerous and can't think clearly.They fucked up my mind! After I got out of that cult I was a mess,emotionally.

These christian run places are ruled by religion are dangerous and inhumane.I wish bush never let christian-freak assholes "help" the mentally ill.Those fundies need to get out of the 'helping' business,period.fuck them and their 'god'.

The whole thing is so WRONG.

Members of Occupy Wall Street are reporting that dozens of people who use Chicago’s mental health clinics along with other advocates have barricaded themselves into the Woodlawn Clinic at 6337 S. Woodlawn, one of 6 clinics facing closure in the city.

The patients, family members, and mental health advocates say they intend to remain there until Mayor Rahm Emanuel agrees to keep all of Chicago’s public clinics open, fully funded and fully staffed.

According to the Chicago Tribune, some 5,100 patients receive services through the city’s network of mental health clinics. About 3,000 are uninsured or underinsured, and another 2,100 carry Medicaid, Medicare or private insurance. The plan to close the clinics was made toward the end of 2011, and will save taxpayers about $3 million, according to the Chicago Department of Public Health.

The City says it will refer the insured clients to nonprofit community mental health providers, but patients and their advocates have their doubts. Not to mention that thousands without insurance will be left to fend for themselves.

All the people that are affected by bad state policy and the closures and allies,staff,families friends etc...I admire those people fighting to keep the clinics open,to show up in masse and let the assholes know how we feel about THEIR decisions that harm OUR lives

If the clinic closures go nationwide maybe we should get together,walk into the chamber as "observers" Than ask some revealing questions of the political people cutting the clinics face to face,then I'd recommend they SHAME them all. And of course the media would be called and cell phones would record the truth and it would be all over the net.People with mental illness &psychiatric injuries SUFFER ENOUGH.
There was awhile ago an attack on mental health services ,they were closed overnight..nobody knew.
I know if they cut off my access to the clinic I attend, I would have nothing to lose,and I'd be ungodly pissed....Hell,I'm already pissed.

So, Depressive ruminating may help solve Social Delimmas. I ruminate over delimmas that affect alot of people depressed or not.So it might be a very important social survival mechanism...Social Delimmas are plenty in our society like war,wall st.,bullies,pollution,inequality,corruption,abuse,sexism,racism,the oppressive corporate powers,our diminishing rights and privacy,why are so many people so narcissistic, sociopathic,manipulating or cruel,etc.etc.

Depression might actually help solve the intractable issues happy people don't want or like to think about?? That's a strange idea,but it also seems possible. Most my life has been spent depressed.I DO ruminate over things alot. I do think deeply,I see things very different than most can tolerate even hearing,except when I'm depressed and talking to other depressed people, it seems we focus on similar issues. I ask why are things the way they are a lot,doubt,question,research think...and sometimes what I find,sometimes other depressed people figure out pieces of solutions while ruminating too. So if Depression is useful for making social change,than,it has a reason to exist.

Yeah that's so true...So many times people don't grok what I'm trying to say,and get defensive over what I write,and get nasty or try to hijack the threads. But I keep trying to say it regardless of the defensive trolling,here on DU.Why? Because I need to convey what it is I am learning via ruminations to someone,anyone in hopes they understand it,and even better USE it to solve a social delimma. I know when I write here,it gets to more people than those who reply to my posts or try to derail it..This concept of depression, makes sense.

Alot of traumatized people suffer deep depression. A trauma is a personal delimma. Trauma's delimmas maybe shared by many people.Not just depressed ones.But depressed people can't let a painful delimma be denied because of the pain..Depressed people sometimes deal with very deep questions..like asking things like why does life have to suck,why me,why am I alive?

Legit philosophical questions I think.

Hmm This means the you make your own happiness new age crap floating around like the secret might be socially DE-evolutionary,and right wing reactivism.Which is not thinking or rumination over a social delimma.

On top of the pathological levels of sociopathic indifference they have twords the pain of others,the horrors they perpetrate against others,against the environment and everything else that exists. Despite the fact they want to OWN and CONTROL the world and if they cannot have it all that they'll make damn sure nothing else can live on/in it either. Even regardless of that zero sum ass holiness bullshit they foist upon everyone by hanging price tags on everything but themselves, to make us all pay the rich MORE..Despite their attempts to own or destroy the commons.On top of their systemic abuse of this entire nation cradle to grave. Or the intrusions their fucking companies make into our lives,and the petulant demands found in all levels of the hierarchy they whip into submission via lies,debt and free market bullshit,and the damage to our collective well being that is done to make sure the rich shall never do without a desire unmet,..

I hate them for even more,

They get to have have time,
Most people have NO time because they have been taught they must PAY to EXIST.So they must run to work and to work,school,home eat fast,go to bed late,get up early to get back to work,because wages are 1970's wages and costs have gone far past the 1070's prices.
The rich don't only get time,they have meaningful time, time to enjoy art,theatre and music,time to go socialize in a pleasant place,(Like huge homes with everything you could want in there,money to entertain and be entertained,and country clubs),without being hassled by mall cops or sales people demanding they BUY something to occupy the space. The rich live in ESTABLISHED neighborhoods not atomized suburbs.They can develop a social life.A social life is built up by having free time to enjoy being around others,do fun or interesting things,have a meaningful relationships.The RICH have made sure many of us are so alone.

I hate the rich they always have the means to go places I will NEVER EVER see.They are never without transportation,food,medicine, heat.They aren't late on bills,they have a never ending supply,so it is NOTHING to them and because of the disgusting wealth they have they will NEVER be haunted by debt.

The rich get to go to quality schools with low teacher to student ratios that have time to challenge them if they are smart and the motive to pass them if they are not.. The school I went to besides being a hellhole bored me to death.And because bullies took their toll on me unfettered by teachers trying to manage 40+ kids in a class, I never got to aspire to anything, I was too busy trying to survive abuse everyday .That took away my dreams for the future in about the 5th grade. My school never bothered to notice there was something terribly wrong in the school they were obeying some "higher authority" and brown nosing some rich pigs in high places..But if a rich kid if he ever set foot in a public school to begin with ever suffered a bully's cruelty that would have been attended to pronto,a rich kid with political ties in a situation like I faced would have had the entire school bending over backward and sacrificing who knows how many poor students dreams to please those rich connected parents holding power by the purse..

I hate the rich because they never feel the faceless cruelty of poverty,and they are so removed from the consequences of their lifestyles and greed they can see people like you and I as cattle,as disposable,as inferiors.. and they can deem the homeless as lazy .The rich can pretend the homeless want to be homeless,and that they deserve to suffer,for the rich won't suffer one bit,they will sleep at night regardless of how the 99% lives. The rich sleep in the best of beds in the softest of linens,security watching over them like surrogate parents.

The rich,they never have to do without anything or do anything they don't want to do once they are adults,.They have soft perfect hands because the rich have staff to cook the food,wash the dishes.They won't fuck up the budget because they have top notch professionals to manage the paperwork,manage their fucking companies for them,workers to make or do the jobs,as they see the money pour in like never ending manna from heaven. The rich never even have to manage the hassles in maintaining their lives. No budget to speak of,health care,and all the other really insane time occupying BULLSHIT that the 95% of us deal with day in day out (Like repeating over and over your name/dress/date of birth etc. to a fucking machine,or going up a phone tree trying to put you off,to get a number to call to go up ANOTHER damn phone tree until you find the person that can really fix your reason you called.They don't have to worry about forgetting to go wait in line for 3 hours at the DMV to get a little fucking sticker,with 2011,12,13..on it to put on a corner of a license plate to avoid being charged 70 or 80 bucks,or waiting in a ten mile line at a store.They hire people for pennies to do those unsavory tasks.And should that peasant forget to do that task,they can have fun firing them,and that 80 buck fee won't even be noticed.An 80 buck fee over a stupid sticker for many of us might mean no food next week.

I hate the rich because THEY get their organic pure healthy meals DELIVERED to their kitchens where staff cooks it up into beautiful culinary delights.A dinner of mac'n'cheese and tuna mixed in it isn't a culinary delight.It's survival.
A dinner out for the rich can cost 1,000 bucks a shot,a dinner out for me is panera or chinese once a while.

I hate the rich because they'll never experience trying to stay dry in a storm at a bus stop with no shelter hoping the lightening does not hit YOU today.The rich think public transportation is a waste of money,because to the rich it IS. They never need to take it,their drivers are always on call..or they could just take the new benz for a ride.
They'll never have to do the laundry,mow the most stupid thing on earth, the lawn. They'll NEVER be forced to tolerate being in our presence very long,but somehow despite their callous and cruelty aimed at us they get people like us to fawn over them to,cover their ass,and they never ever are called out for being the wastes of skin they really ARE.They never go to REAL jail or have to admit their child is a fucking bully.Why? Why do the rich deserve such velvet glove treatment from the 99% Is it because they have hired other people to make your life more miserable than they've already made it?Why do you never tell them,fuck you I'm not paying you one more dime..because you are aware the pigs will come with guns and take you away? fear losing necessities of life like heat,food medicine to mitigate the damage of pollution on your body,or stress of living in the empire built of exploitation and abuse only they the 1% ever truly enjoy, because it is designed to make you do what the rich don't want to do?

Their houses are beautiful refuges, places they want to live in,and they give the rich a sense of security we wish we could have too. Because they are rich their housing security will never be threatened by a bully landlord, taken away due to taxes they can't pay, or foreclosed by a fucking BANK,unless they want to dispose of it.They'll never have to live next to a abandoned property with boarded up windows and half dead crackheads inside screaming,and guns a blazing all night,or hear some desperate couple that were once so in love tear each other's hearts apart over debt unable to ask what are we gonna do? So terrorized and frustrated by the demands of those with too much money and control operating through a faceless thief called a bank.. The rich,their places to live are THEIRS they will never be evicted.The rich people's houses, all of them,are NEVER left un-repaired from lack of money to fix them. But in poor neighborhoods there is no money and no one that fixes it.The rich can have whatever pets they want,who's gonna tell them they can't have a cat in their own home? But the rich can demand in that special faceless and cold way a desperately lonely and heartbroken person they can't have a cat.No cat for you,poor, to love and purr against your touch starved skin,it's in a lease,break it and you are not only left without a sweet furry face that loves you,you are now without the cat,you are homeless,and still desperately lonely & heartbroken.

And if the rich feel a teeny bit stressed they can call a chauffeur and go to a spa and get massages and have a wonderful meal,go home and cry to their ever attentive staff or go do yoga with a private physical therapist, or go to a PRIVATE shrink who does not have to report,as in fork over everything you said in your "private"therapy sessions to the insurance companies or the state.

I hate the rich because the rich will NEVER be treated like I have been,despite stress bad enough to destroy me.I was depressed threatening nothing,not even speaking loud,I answered the questions,But despite EMT's saying I was ok,and my own counselor, the pigs handcuffed,frogmarched me out of my house and forced me into the back of a squad car with lights and all.I was laying down in the back seat due to a broken knee,the hand cuffs were digging into my the wrists,and I despite being called ok by my counselor and the EMT's I was delivered to a ER scared wondering if I was gonna be sent away.I went though this Because the rich people, are skeered by people who are poor or suffering,and because they encourage reporters to spread this bigoted shit about mental illness and PTSD through the news.Where the 'middle class' hears it over and over gets spooked and I get to be assumed to be DAAAAaangerous,for being so damn sad inside. WTF!? Imagine if a senator's adult son,or a koch brother's niece was treated that way,I bet heads would roll and backs will bend into pretzels to appease such barbarity..The story of that poor man might run on faux news for a week.And all those letters and prayers pouring in from the stupid republican sheep to soothe his tiny troubled heart.

All this happened because because a program that is part of the mental health services for this county has to obey selfish stupid corrupt ass-wipes,in congress falling over themselves to obey wishes of those who are stinking RICH,commanding they cut costs,to enrich themselves,so since congress doesn't want their asses pinched they pass it to the states,The state not wanting to stop sucking the ass of BUsiNESS,and blowing money on highways,instead leave it to the counties to cut the social safety net.The counties upper crusties don't want to feel a pinch so they cut the poor, the rich think we are just cattle and we can't do anything to stop them.So the social safety net is cut more and more so the rich NEVER have to face the fact the greedy create the needy,So the county has to give money to"job creators" to appease the middle class. So the county finds it cost effective cutting funds available to MY county and those cuts made mental health caseworkers working for the county/state take on client loads so huge, they have no time to go visit clients in crisis and help clients in crisis they are hired to help out of a crisis.

I hate the rich because they are NOT at all better quality of people than I am.Not one iota more deserving,fortunate or hardworking or even noble than I or you,yet they get treated as if they were..

I hate them because they assume we should suffer more so THEY never have to suffer at all.
They get to live in a beautiful world because ours is so terrible to endure.

I HATE THE RICH.Why? Because they make me Suffer so they never will have to!!

The 1% ARE the source of 99% of the PROBLEMS the 99% suffer through!

I have -0% pity for the rich.

Just a few thoughts about resistance

When I think of the OWS protests and the cops abusing them,they were tolerating unlawful arrest.

Some of these cases would have been useful I think.

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: “Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed.”

“An arrest made with a defective warrant, or one issued without affidavit, or one that fails to allege a crime is within jurisdiction, and one who is being arrested, may resist arrest and break away. lf the arresting officer is killed by one who is so resisting, the killing will be no more than an involuntary manslaughter.” Housh v. People, 75 111. 491; reaffirmed and quoted in State v. Leach, 7 Conn. 452; State v. Gleason, 32 Kan. 245; Ballard v. State, 43 Ohio 349; State v Rousseau, 241 P. 2d 447; State v. Spaulding, 34 Minn. 3621.

“When a person, being without fault, is in a place where he has a right to be, is violently assaulted, he may, without retreating, repel by force, and if, in the reasonable exercise of his right of self defense, his assailant is killed, he is justified.” Runyan v. State, 57 Ind. 80; Miller v. State, 74 Ind. 1.

“These principles apply as well to an officer attempting to make an arrest, who abuses his authority and transcends the bounds thereof by the use of unnecessary force and violence, as they do to a private individual who unlawfully uses such force and violence.” Jones v. State, 26 Tex. App. I; Beaverts v. State, 4 Tex. App. 1 75; Skidmore v. State, 43 Tex. 93, 903.

“An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault and battery.” (State v. Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260).
