What Russian state media sources are allowed to be posted in LBN?

My recollection is that RT.com is out, but I've been seeing ITAR-tass being used as LBN. My opinion is that all state sponsored media should not be posted in LBN because they are propaganda to a much, much greater extent than private sector media, whether profit or non-profit.

There are a handful of pro-Russian posters who are posting ITAR-tass and making very derogatory comments toward anyone who would object.
