It's stupid and weird because it's not edited.
He should stay there where they know how to isolate and have PPE
so he doesn't infect more people on the White House domestic staff.
I use an app on my iPad
that has Pink Noise. It's supposed to give you more deep sleep.
It's called Ambience EX-White noise.
It has several different sounds, including pink noise, and it's free.
Between that and a dual release melatonin tablet (It releases a second dose after four hours, so you stay asleep) I usually get a full night's sleep.
If I'm really tired, I've been known to sleep ten or eleven hours at a time.
I exercise every day, which might also help.
I can definitely recommend the Pink Noise plus dual release melatonin.

We have lived through all that and more, yet I feel powerless now to really influence things like the post office debacle and foreign interference in our government - and elections.
When I was younger I was very active in local and state politics, but now my health is bad - nothing acute - but I could no more march or go knock on doors than I could fly.
Now that my country needs me, I don't have much to offer.
I can give money, and I do, but I just can't give of myself any more.
And I hope you'll take some big breaths and have a lovely birthday.
I remain hopeful that we will live through this and can build a better life on the other side of this mess.
