Since when did we (and by "we", I mostly mean Republicans) start picking and choosing which soldiers are worth saving and which ones aren't?
Remind me again how, after blocking increased funding bills for the VA and now this, will people continue to think that Republicans support the troops? I guess they "support" the troops just fine.........depending on who the POTUS is?

It was idiotic for Cruz and the House GOP to think that they could make such an unreasonable demand and that Democrats in the Senate and PBO would just go along with it. Duh. Geez!
