Please. It's bad enough that the media is basically writing off Biden's Presidency with 3 years to go. We don't need to join in with such negative speculation.
And as far as Hillary is concerned, I love her, but she's run and lost twice and getting up there in years. Let's focus on some other potential candidates in the event that this actually happens (like say Kamala?)
There's no excuse for him not acting
and none of those possible scenarios paint him in any kind of light that makes him appropriate to hold that office ever again in his lifetime.
How awful
A "bias towards vaccinations"?! OMG!
As for therapeutics, well, Fauci IS biased against quack medicines that have been pushed as "therapeutics" like Ivermectin, HCL, etc. (and rightly so)
They couldn't wait to throw everybody else off of UI
I sure hope for Joe Manchin's sake that they aren't using the money to buy drugs or go hunting.
Trump Rehab?
Is he "Presidential" now or something because he contradicted Candace Owens, one of the top anti-vaxx disinformers, about the vaccines, which he is now accepting some credit for?
I'm not inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt
that being said, I'm much less apocalyptic than some here about their ability to outright steal elections without people noticing and there being a massive outcry- even if they think they have laws that sanction it.
I have a feeling that most Trumpers and other assorted miscreants taking on these positions will not be able to maintain their positions for very long simply because they're bound to show their a**es pretty quick JMHO
"The Pandemic of the Vaccinated Is Here" -Rachel Gutman
https://www.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2021/12/fully-vaccinated-omicron-infections/620953/Interested in everybody's thought on this. Seems like the author is suggesting that the vaccinated just stopped caring about COVID at some point and that now with Omicron, we're all highly vulnerable again, not just the unvaccinated?

2016 wasn't "fair" for HRC
Trump stacking SCOTUS with THREE nominees, including stealing a seat that was supposed to have been Obama's to fill also wasn't "fair".
Trump neglecting and mismanaging COVID here in the US wasn't "fair"
Trump trying to overthrow the legitimately elected government wasn't "fair."
I could go on............
"Natural Immunity" "Vaccinated?"
I was listening to a little of Michael Smerconish (yeah, yeah) on CNN yesterday, discussing whether or not we should consider people whom have had COVID as essentially the same as being vaccinated, and thus be spared from vaccination mandates, like an "olive branch" Biden could offer the unvaccinated. He stated that some European countries are already doing this. Has the science been settled on this? Like how effective previous COVID infections are at preventing future re-infections? I thought that the general scientific consensus at the moment is that the most effective way to prevent further COVID infection and potential re-infection is for somebody who has had COVID to ALSO get vaccinated (and just for people to get vaccinated in general)? Relying on just previous COVID infection seems like a cop out to me, and an inffective one at that. It just doesn't seem comparable to me but interested in hearing other people's opinions on this (or some more information).
