Vance isn't going to charge tRump with crimes related to hush money payments......this sucks don't it??
Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance has indicated he does not currently plan to charge the Trump Organization with crimes related to allegations of "hush money" payments and real estate value manipulations, according to a personal lawyer for Donald Trump.
Ronald Fischetti, a New York attorney who represents the former president, said on Monday that in a meeting last week, he asked Vances team for details on charges they were considering.
According to Fischetti, members of Vances team said they were considering bringing charges against the Trump Organization and its individual employees related to alleged failures to pay taxes on corporate benefits and perks. It has been widely reported that those perks included cars and apartments and appear to only involve a small number of executives.
We asked, Is there anything else? Fischetti told POLITICO. They said, No.
Its crazy that thats all they had, he added.
When asked if the meeting touched on allegations made by Trumps former lawyer Michael Cohen and by adult film star and director Stormy Daniels, Fischetti replied, Nothing. Not a word on that.
Fischetti also said that Vances team told him they will not bring charges against Trump himself when the first indictment comes down.
They just said, When this indictment comes down, he wont be charged. Our investigation is ongoing, he said.

AND I TOTALLY HATE THE APPLEBEE'S ADVERTISEMENT.......theme song from Cheers.....ugh 🤮 🤮 🤮
once or twice was pretty cool, NOW, ENOUGH ALREADY.
Ok, love the new advertisements with Dan Levy.......they were made just for him.
Citibank's new Custom Cash , the M&s (super bowl ad), and just saw an Tostitos ad. I love him. Rumors about a movie of Sheets Creek is a possibility, but, not for awhile. Would really enjoy a movie of Sheets Creek.
In a recent interview with Town & Country magazine (that was also alongside Rashida Jones), Dan opened up about the possibility of a full-length Schitt's Creek film being made after his co-star and Emmy-winning actress Annie Murphy made comments last month about how "over the moon" she would be if the show's cast got to reunite in the future for a movie project.
"I mean, Ive been sending Dan $5 a day in the mail as a bribe. So far, I have not heard back about a movie officially. But, oh, my God, I would be just over the moon if that ever came to pass because I miss everyone so much every day," Murphy told Us Weekly. "Just to see Moira again, I would pay a lot of money to do that."
"Listen, I love everybody so much. I love Annie, even for hinting at that. We had such a great time making the show and I think if the idea is right, I would love to explore what a movie could look like. But, I don't have that idea yet. I'm still searching for it," Dan said in response. "My fingers are crossed, but I also think you need to give people a little time to miss you. So, I'm taking some time and we'll

Oh just shut the hell up Bert favor.....(Brett Favre).......
Former Packers quarterback Brett Favre made his viewpoint on transgender athletes clear in his podcast Tuesday, saying its not fair for trans women to compete against other women.
According to a report from The Hill, Favre said allowing trans women to compete with other women is allowing men into the field.
Its not fair for a man, even if this person wants to be a woman or feels compelled if you want to become the opposite sex, thats fine. I got no problem with it. But you cant compete against males cannot compete against females, Favre said on his podcast.
The question arose shortly after trans New Zealand weightlifter Laurel Hubbard qualified for the Tokyo Olympics June 21. Hubbard has long met testosterone requirements for competing as a woman, having last competed as a man in 2001.
Favre made a distinction between Hubbard and true females in his comments, saying he would be beside himself if he was a woman and lost to Hubbard.

Students athletes gonna be getting paid.......
A unanimous Supreme Court said on Monday that student athletes could receive education-related payments, in a case that could reshape college sports by allowing more money from a billion-dollar industry to go to the players.
Justice Neil Gorsuch delivered the opinion of the court.
College sports raise billions of dollars from ticket sales, television contracts and merchandise, and supporters of the students say the players are being exploited and barred from the opportunity to monetize their talents. In 2016, for example, the NCAA negotiated an eight-year extension of its broadcasting rights to March Madness, worth $1.1 billion annually.
In a concurring opinion, Justice Brett Kavanaugh said the NCAA is essentially acting "above the law" in how it treats athletes.
Nowhere else in America can businesses get away with agreeing not to pay their workers a fair market rate on the theory that their product is defined by not paying their workers a fair market rate," Kavanaugh wrote. "And under ordinary principles of antitrust law, it is not evident why college sports should be any different. The NCAA is not above the law."
The NCAA did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Herschel Walker is running for U S Senate.......
Herschel Walker is set to resume running, Mike Rosenstein of NJ Advance Media reports.
The ex-NFL star has been encouraged by former President Donald Trump to run for the U.S. Senate in Georgia.
In a video tweeted Friday with the message Georgia on my mind, Walker indicated hes about to throw his hat into the ring: Im getting ready. And we can run with the dogs.
The video ends with a shot of a Georgia license plate on Walkers car, indicating he might be establishing residency so he can run for office in the The Peach State. Walker, you may recall, played his college ball at Georgia and won the Heisman Trophy in 1982 with the Bulldogs.
Walkers career as a pro football player began in 1983 when he signed with the New Jersey Generals in the USFL. In 1984, Trump bought the Generals. Walker played two seasons with Trump as his boss before heading to the Dallas Cowboys, who owned his NFL draft rights. The USFL folded in 1986 following its failed antitrust lawsuit vs. the NFL.
