cannabis_flower's JournalPoll: Joe Biden clip on criminal justice
There is probably a good segment of voters who would vote for Joe if he has evolved on this issue, but there's not a lot of evidence that he has. He needs to get out in front of this issue or Sanders, Warren, pretty much the rest of the Democratic Primary candidates will hammer him on it.
Does Joe Biden need to show he's evolved on drug policy to get your vote?

Former Vice President Joe Biden is making another run for the White House, he announced on Thursday. The former senator, who served as chair of the influential Judiciary Committee that helped shape U.S. drug policy during an era of heightened scaremongering and criminalization, was among the most prominent Democratic drug warriors in Congress for decades.
And while many 2020 Democratic candidates have evolved significantly on drug policyand particularly marijuana reformover the years, Biden has barely budged. While hes recognized the long-term harms of certain pieces of legislation he supported and has made some efforts to attempt to repair that damage, overall hes maintained a firm opposition to cannabis legalizationa stance that sets him far apart from every other major Democratic contender.
OMG! Look who is coming out from under his rock again!

When are the first debates?
I so far can't decide. I voted for Sanders and then Clinton last time.
This time I can't decide between :
Sanders
O'Rourke
Buttegieg
Harris
Maybe others I hadn't considered.
Can someone of you who are supporter of these or others give me a pitch as to why I should support your candidate?

As the 2020 Democratic Presidential Campaigns heat up and knowing that Joe might (or might not) be running, I have several serious questions that I need answered before I could support Joe.
1. Are you still against marijuana legalization? What is your stance on medical marijuana?
2. Will you apologize for your support of draconian drug laws enacted in the 1980s and 1990s and vow to work toward reforming the drug law away from punishment and toward prevention, compassion and helping drug users with addictions?
