A suspect in the deadly shooting at the Cascade Mall was arrested Saturday night in Oak Harbor, according to the Island County Sheriff’s Office.
The 20-year-old suspect will be turned over to the Skagit County Sheriff’s Office. A news conference is planned for later Saturday night on the arrest.
