For the bargain price of $5600 Typhoid Louie will share COVID 19 with you. What a thoughtful special gift.
Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), who frequently strode the US Capitol without a mask and last month contracted COVID-19, is postponing a major political fundraiser previously scheduled for next week, Business Insider reports.
Donors paying $5,600 to attend Louies Birthday Bash BBQ in Tyler, Texas, were promised a signed copy of Fox News personality Jeanine Pirros book, and a VIP meet-and-greet with Gohmert and an unspecified special gift from him.

Tinfoil hat time
I am now envisioning a scenario where after President Trump gets crushed in November, on Jan 19, he resigns office so President Pence can Pardon him. President for a day Pence carries the title POtUS and the Secret Service detail and cost to the taxpayers that go along with it, and Trump has nothing to worry about.
Speaker Pelosi went there (potus weight)

Hes our president and I would rather he not be taking something that has not been approved by the scientists, especially in his age group and in his, shall we say, weight group morbidly obese, they say Speaker Pelosi to

Jim McGovern, One of the most progressive MEMBERS OF CONGRESS
Could use a little help. It is a small thing but Jim McGovern has been out front on every important progressive issue in the last decade.
There is a popularity contest that has come down to him and the Mayor of Boston. Marty is a good guy too but Jim is the real deal.
If you can. Please vote for Jim in this poll

Another Trump Appointee cashing in
I am sure we are all shocked by this.
Senate Intel chairs brother-in-law also dumped stock the day before market crash
Before the coronavirus outbreak upended the markets, a Trump appointee sold shares worth between $97,000 and $280,000, according to a financial disclosure document first published by ProPublica.
The mid-February sell-off by Gerald Fauth came on the same day that his brother-in-law, Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), , who is the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, sold a significant percentage of his stocks between $628,000 and $1.72 million, ProPublica previously reported. The Justice Department is investigating the trade, a person familiar with the matter told The Washington Post.
Fauth sold shares in six companies, including oil companies BP, Chevron Corp. and Royal Dutch Shell, which have been hit particularly hard by the pandemic. Fauth was appointed by Trump to be a member of the three-person National Mediation Board, a federal agency that facilitates labor-management relations within the nations railroad and airline industries, in 2017. He was previously a lobbyist and ran his own transportation economic consulting firm, G.W. Fauth & Associates.
It is the volunteers who will save us
Lacking a national plan, small groups of volunteers are pulling together to do incredible things.
There is a group on Cape Cod that started making face shields and have created thousands of them at no cost to the government or to the healthcare workers they are delivering them to. Incredible article below.
More than 40 Cape Codders are helping front-line emergency and healthcare workers by creating face shields with their 3D printers.
Nearly 2,000 of the shields have been made and distributed to Cape Cod Healthcare, local first responders and other healthcare workers. The shields, consisting of a plastic visor and a sheet of clear plastic that covers the face, is one part of the personal protective equipment worn by nurses and others treating COVID-19 patients. It helps cover the eyes and face and acts as a supplement to face masks worn over the mouth and nose.
The effort is being coordinated by the Cape Cod Makers, a nonprofit group of hobbyists who run the Launchpad, a makerspace at the Harwich Cultural Center. Member Mike Looney, director of career and technical education at the Mashpee schools, was contacted by a co-worker who had a relative working at Cape Cod Hospital to ask if he could use the school's 3D printers to help with protective gear. After reviewing information online, Looney decided to look into making face shields. He reached out to a friend off Cape who was making them, and enlisted his fellow makers to see if there was a realistic way to scale up production.
