Kayla-Simone McKelvey, 24, of Union was charged by summons with third-degree creating a false public alarm.
Park said an investigation by the Union County Prosecutor's Office's Special Prosecutions Unit and Kean University police found that McKelvey, a self-proclaimed activist, participated in a student rally regarding racial issues on Nov. 17, but left midway through the rally and walked to a computer station in a university library.
Once there, McKelvey allegedly created an anonymous Twitter account – @keanuagainstblk – and began posting threats of violence against black Kean students.
The first message around 10 p.m. said "kean university twitter against blacks is for everyone who hates blacks people" and a tweet about there being a bomb on the campus, and then continued with several other tweets about shooting black students at the university.

After making the posts, McKelvey immediately returned to the rally and attempted to spread awareness of the threats she allegedly had just fabricated, authorities said.
The university said approximately 100 students participated in a peaceful rally on campus that night with 10 students spending the night at the clock tower, "joining students across the nation to raise awareness of recent racial unrest at the University of Missouri and other college campuses."
That night on McKelvey's personal Twitter account she posted photos of the rally and screenshots of the tweets.

The group, calling itself the Bureau of American Islamic Relations, stationed itself outside the Islamic Center of Irving carrying signs with messages like, “Stop the Islamization of America,” according to the Dallas Morning News. A video taken at the mosque shows a man dressed in black with his face masked carrying a rifle.
The group’s leader told the News they were upset because they had heard rumors of a Sharia court at the mosque and the prospect of letting Syrian refugees in. They also claimed members of the local Muslim community had made death threats against Irving’s mayor, Beth Van Duyne, earlier this year. The News found no evidence that this claim was true.
When asked by the News why his group was armed, organizer David Wright said the weapons were “mostly for self protection,” but then added, “But I’m not going to lie. We do want to show force. We’re not sitting ducks.”
He then added,“We don’t want people to think we’re out to kill people or shoot people. It would be ridiculous to protest Islam without defending ourselves.”

About a dozen protestors—most carrying long guns, some masked and one with his mother—lined up outside an Irving mosque on Saturday. They had come from as far away as Hunt County to the green-domed complex. To “Stop the Islamization of America,” as the mother’s hand-drawn sign urged.
A pickup tooted on its way down Esters Road, not the first or last driver to endorse the message. Right behind the truck, a sedan pulled out of the Islamic Center of Irving lot, where afternoon prayers had just finished, and blasted Arabic music as it passed.
Two men on the sidewalk mocked the song, distorting foreign lyrics into gibberish as the car sped away. Then they huddled in the cold around their cigarettes, guns and flags, waiting for another passerby to pay attention. It was a strange protest, held at a strange time in a suburb strangely relevant to America’s brand of anti-Islamic politics.
“We tried to talk to the mosque before we did this, but they wouldn’t return our messages,” said David Wright, dressed in black all the way from his backwards baseball cap to the barrel of his tactical shotgun. “So here we are.”

Funny, when whites do this they're called PROTESTERS by multiple news outlets but if a bunch of heavily armed Muslim men showed up to a church and did this they'd be called deceased, dead, worm food, cadavers, napoleon blownapart, organ donors and TERRORISTS.
Since we're talking about turning away people based on their race and religion...
because of the actions of a few criminals who happen to be of similar race and claim to be a part of that religion.
Lets talk about a segment that makes up 13.2% of American population but were responsible for 52.5% of all homicides between 1980 and 2008, would we ever consider subjecting them through intense screenings and denying them access to housing, jobs, neighborhoods, etc based on the actions of a few criminals within their population?
No, absolutely not because that would be WRONG to group them together and punish them for the actions of a few.
So why are people within our own party okay with ostracizing, discriminating against and segregating Syrians and Iraqis?
These people rarely commit crimes, they work hard, they strive to be self sufficient and they work to law enforcement root out radicals in their midst which is why the FBI is constantly foiling potential plots.
What if we denied Iranians fleeing decades ago, Beverly hills would look vastly different. It probably wouldn't be the most luxurious cities in the country.
Name one middle eastern crime filled ghetto in the US.
The truth is you're likely to be shot by a White, Black or Hispanic male way way way way before you're ever going to be attacked by someone from the middle east. I guarantee you this weekend we'll see hundreds shot and wounded due to gun violence around the country and ZERO of those will be at the hand of those "scaaaaarrrry" people from the middle east.

Russian cruise missiles hit ISIS from Mediterranean & Caspian; 600 killed in one strike
The Russian military has launched cruise missiles against Islamic State positions in Syria from both the Mediterranean and Caspian seas, one of which killed over 600 terrorists in the Deir Ex-Zor Province, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has said.
“On November 20, the warships of the Caspian Fleet launched 18 cruise missiles at seven targets in the provinces of Raqqa, Idlib and Aleppo. All targets were hit successfully,” he reported to President Vladimir Putin.
Overall, there are 10 warships taking part in the operation, six of which are in the Mediterranean.
