the republicans in disarray

A series of new polls are starting to paint a bleak picture for Republican's future and their ability to relate to a broad spectrum of the American people. The very public battle between the extreme and moderate wings for the soul of the party seems to be falling to the former and could lead to Democrats picking up seats in the House and beyond.
A new poll by ABC shows Independents relate more generally with Democrats on a wide swath of issues while Republicans continue to lose ground with Millennial and minorities.

It may be more surprising that Republicans are also losing ground on governing and economic issues. The polls indicates that Ted Cruz not only failed to speak for the American people as he has suggested, but that Americans still blame the Republican Party for the shutdown.

a typical post by a typical uninformed republican

" this is a typical decade behind wannabee conservative's behind the times fox news listener: No matter what your opinion is of Fox News, the fact that the whack-o Leftist/Socialist George Soros and his numb followers are going full out to destroy them is reason enough to keep them on the air. The Left fears Fox News and they should."
George soros is worth about 14 billion, the Koch brothers are worth about 27 billion each ! pete Peterson is worth almost the combined wealth of those mentioned and dummy probably doesn't even know the name!
nor does he have the mentality to research who the biggest political spenders are and their worth, the business connections and the political groups they donate to! he depends on faux news as his bible for politics!
hhmmm soon he will lose his format-the left is the reason for their demise! actually it is economics and the card blanc given to the chosen few!
you see if you disagree or write something factual to correct a point like tabor you were band - well we tried to tell ya -how did it turn out for ya?
their is always left, right and those in between in politics! (this is a lesson we can all review)

local elections

my area seemed to have the cleanest election in years - I think the bonds went about as expected- also I think people are better served when an election is about projects or goals and not about dirty laundry

well the red sox done it

though not an avid red sox fan I want to congratulate those who are. I think the series this year was between the two best baseball teams fielded in a few years. I only wish that the Celtics, bruins and Pats could win their fields! you see I'm still a braves fan. but I have always been a Celtics, bruins and pats fan.
Once again kudos red sox fans!
