Progressive support of FBI and CIA... oh the irony

At least once a day I have to stop and check myself. Are we really all so incensed by the maligning of the FBI and CIA? The answer is YES. Even though many progressives themselves would point out how badly these organizations have abused their authority in the past, and probably on a continuing basis, they are still a fundamental piece of what makes us a country of laws.

The FBI and CIA are as imperfect as our leadership, usually. Now they're a bastion of strength against the breaking of laws by leadership.
