if he is NOT killed when they capture him...(which could happen) he will say that he did not mean
to KILL ANYONE.....BUT TO .."INJURE" A LOT OF PEOPLE.
It is total speculation about what will be said at the trial but,
I have watched a whole lot of shooting like this, (and so have many others)
.............and if they want to kill...they kill.............this fellow did ...NOT WANT TO KILL.....
That is my attitude.., AND ..............................................................
I speculate that is what he will say , and to the police.............IF..........
If he is not killed when they capture him............and that one is...." a BIG IF"!

Here is the point:If some alien intelligent race planet has advanced just 500 years ahead of us, can
you imagine those beings coming to earth and taking a look at us, and saying.......................
"No communications with these beings, they are much too dangerous and violent to know that we exist.
....and we need to warn others to stay away from the planet known as "Earth"

Mr. Time will destroy Donald Trump in my opinion. ....Why?I think Mr. Time will indict Donald Trump in many ways....federal, & state.
Also, federal indictments and trials will destroy Trump forever.

Now if Trump has 30 - to 35% support going into November's election, I believe that is not enough to
win any election. Trump is disliked by more than just people at Democratic Underground. He has been
around a long time, and he has made all sorts of enemies that will NOT support his candidates.....
Just by opening his mouth he shows how insensitive he is.
Repeat: 30 to 35 percent is not enough to win any election. Yes, he has some support,
but his rallies have fewer people and lots of empty seats. (We have seen pictures of that right here at Democratic
Underground.) Now Trump thinks he can con the entire country, but he can't and he won't. The country
has listened to Donald Trump enough. Anything can happen and often does. Trump and his crew will see a whole lot more, and most of what they will see will be negative. Time will tell, but it is not over till it is over, and I believe
it is NOT OVER. Donald Trump and the Republican party will lose again and we will win big in November.

New York Attorney General Letitia James asked a New York court on Thursday to hold former President Donald Trump in civil contempt for allegedly failing to comply with a court order that he turn over certain documents for her investigation.
State Judge Arthur Engoron in February had ordered Trump to “comply in full” with the attorney general’s subpoena seeking documents and information. Engoron also ruled that Trump, Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka Trump should comply with the attorney general’s subpoenas for testimony, but the Trumps are appealing that decision.
In a motion filed Thursday, the attorney general’s office said that that Trump “did not comply at all” with the subpoena for documents and that his attorneys said he would not produce “any” documents in response to the subpoena because his attorneys believe that if the documents exist, the Trump Organization would have them and the attorney general’s office “will just have to wait until the Trump Organization completes its production to get them.”
According to new filings, her office had agreed to extend an early March deadline for the documents until March 31. But rather than produce the documents that day, Trump presented 16 objections to the subpoena’s demands.
Trump’s attorneys also presented the attorney general’s office an affidavit from a Trump lawyer claiming that the former President was unable to locate the documents being and to the extent the documents existed, they were in the custody of Trump Organization, which faces a separate subpoena deadline.

Yuriy and his father hoped to pick up some medicine and food. Yuriy said a Russian soldier stopped him and his father on Tarasivska St. They immediately raised their hands.
Speaking to the BBC by phone alongside his mother, Alla, the 14-year-old gave his account of what happened next. "We told them that we weren't carrying any weapons and that we didn't pose any danger," he said.
"Then my father turned his head my way, and that's when he got shot… He was shot twice in the chest, right where the heart is. Then he fell."
