Or words to that affect. It wasn't gone, he did nothing to get rid of it ,or slow it down, as a leader should do. He didn't even wear a mask for leadership. Stupid and ineffectual beyond belief. And most important: It is there for all to see in plain sight. Trump doesn't have clue. Sure, 30 percent will believe the liar, but 70 percent will vote against him. That lie, cost people their lives. Not a few, but one hundred thousand. Trump will not win, because of that lie, and he has done nothing to stop the spread. He still doesn't wear a mask.
About another very rich guy in government, J.B.Pritzker , Governor of Illinois.
...So, is he rich? According to Wikipedia he is worth 3.4 Billion. His family owns Hyatt Hotels, and he doesn't have to work. I just stopped watching him give an update on the Illinois program to deal with the virus, to come up and write this.. He has an attitude of not giving up and clearly caring about people. I have heard him on the radio many times. Pritzker served as national co-chairman of Hillary Clinton's campaign , and has been part of many philanthropic organizations. As I watched him on TV, there was a sense of real fatigue in his behavior. Yes, it seems that he has been putting in lots of extra hours trying to deal with this. Pritzker is highly respected around the state and elsewhere. He is 55 years old and of course a Democrat. Much more to say, but I am worn out. Thanks for reading this.
I forgot to add this, I live in Illinois, and I voted for Pritzker and he is my governor too.

Who is stupider...George Bush or Donald Trump? It is hard to say..I pick Trump.
Bush was warned by members of a government agency that an attack was coming..
Trump was warned by scientists and doctors an attack was coming.

Both were warned, and only after the attack, did each do something...Nevertheless..I would say Trump is stupider because he could have consulted with other countries who were very recently attacked and had to do something about it. Their experience and knowledge would have helped, but Trump did nothing.

An emergency program’s slow start leaves millions of hungry children waiting.
As child hunger soars to levels without modern precedent, an emergency program Congress created two months ago has reached only a small fraction of the 30 million children it was intended to help.
The program, Pandemic-EBT, aims to compensate for the declining reach of school meals by placing their value on electronic cards that families can use in grocery stores. But collecting lunch lists from thousands of school districts, transferring them to often outdated state computers and issuing specialized cards has proved much harder than envisioned, leaving millions of needy families waiting to buy food.
Congress approved the effort in mid-March as part of the Families First act, its first major virus relief package. By May 15, only about 15 percent of eligible children had received benefits, according to an analysis by The New York Times. Just 12 states had started sending money, and Michigan and Rhode Island alone had finished.
Among pandemic-related hardship, child hunger stands out for its urgency and symbolic resonance — after decades of exposés and reforms, a country of vast wealth still struggles to feed its young. So vital are school meals in some places, states are issuing replacement benefits in waves to keep grocers from being overwhelmed.

Four Minneapolis police officers involved in the incident that is believed to have led to the death of George Floyd have been fired.
Chief Medaria Arradondo and Mayor Jacob Frey made the announcement at a Tuesday afternoon press conference.
"This is the right call," Frey said.
Two more officers also responded to the scene a short time later.
None of the officers have been formally identified, but the officer with his knee on Floyd's neck is believed to be Officer Derek Chauvin.
