Saying goodbye to a beloved member of your family is incredibly hard and painful. Just know that youre doing the right thing.
So very sorry for your loss.
Amazing
There is something wrong with a lot of the people that are police.
That this happened defies logic and belief. It is in the truest sense of the word, incredible.
An old woman is cutting dandelions with a knife. The first moment of incredulity is that someone thought that the appropriate response was to call the police. Dandelions are a weed. If someone wanted to weed my yard with a knife I wouldnt call the police.
Then when the police show up they find an 87 year old woman who cannot speak English and they decided that since she wont leave to Taze her and arrest her. 2nd moment of incredulity.
And, for the final stunner. The senior leadership of this police department defend what happened and tell the world that the responding cops were restrained and used the least amount of force.
AYFKM?
WTF?
Guess this poor old woman is lucky they didnt open fire.
The police are being trained to use overwhelming force in almost every instance. This is insane.
It is actually worse than that...
Many of these fools are actually public employees or members of the military who for some reason don't see that those tax dollars pay their salaries and create the organizations that they serve.
I know a customs agent who is utterly anti-government. Bet she thinks she's a libertarian. The cognitive dissonance makes my head ache.
An acquaintance that I know works for FEMA and is a specialist in radio communications and often travels to what most of us consider the armpits and assholes of the world. He's a right winger who would probably term himself a libertarian. He wouldn't know what actual libertarianism is if it bit him sharply on the ass. He will be able to retire at 55 with a federal pension. He is already getting a small VA payment per month for some small percentage of defined disability. I guarantee you he is incapable of perceiving the disconnect and he reliably votes for whatever Republican runs for whatever office.
These people don't think. A lot of people don't think. And it isn't getting better.
Very few people actually have any understanding of how our system of government is supposed to work and are completely okay with the grotesque abuses of power that Trump and his appointees commit on a daily basis.
The resemblance to WWE is coincidental
Alex Jones is the real deal. Not acting at all.
And these apologies will fix...?
Lets see...Wells Fargo foreclosed on these folks houses which means that these people no longer own a home and their credit standing was seriously damaged.
Apologies are going to fix what? What repercussions will Wells Fargo experience? What penalties of any significance will the corporate entity or the executive decision makers incur?
With the large financial firms the penalty never seems to fit the crime.
I've argued that he's broke
Ive posted on a number of sites including Twitter that I believe that hes brokeas in owes way,way more than his cash flow can support.
The Trump companies own some very expensive real estate that is in some cases we know is losing money (Turnberry).
Bravo
I wish I thought this had some impact with the traitorous scum. But I know it didn't.
But bravo for saying what had to be said.
