Picaro's JournalOne post uses the word "must" and this post uses the word "can"
Which is it? The distinction is very important to the meaning and impact of the story.
Must means that this is a court order that must be complied with.
Can means that the DOJ has waived off the assertion off the spurious claims of executive privilege, but has not ordered the release.
Would love a clarification.

Been wondering about their numbers
When I looked at the size of the population and the new infection numbers I had serious questions about their mortality numbers. They didn't match.
At the time, when India was the top pandemic news, I made some off the cuff comment that the numbers were probably off by a factor of 10. Hoped I wasn't right.
Turns out I was pretty close. This is so incredibly ugly.
The election of a right wing Hindu nativist has turned out to a very deadly decision. Just as electing a megalomaniacal carnival barker was here.
That's hiliarious
Playing to the audience with that little strut. Truly funny. Thanks for posting.
Fabulous!
Absolutely fabulous. I live in Texas and you cant imagine how impotent ive felt and how very, very happy this makes me. Wish I could give these stalwart patriots my vote. Unfortunately, Im in a couple hard right Republicans (Angela Paxton of Ken Paxton fame) district. All I can do is vote against them.
To see this level of political ju jujitsu to hold these barbarians at the gates is enthralling. God, I hope this works.
You're a good person
there are a lot of good people in this world. I think we often forget that.
Just to give you some perspective.
Ive lost my wallet six times in my life. I got the wallet back with everything in it five of those times.
The only time I didnt get my wallet back as when it was stolen by the person that worked at a giant foods who sold me some donuts. Left my wallet on the counter.
Long story as to why I didnt pitch a bitch and get the girl fired. But wouldnt be interesting or germane.
