Fox has become the advertising organ of the Republican party. All day, every day. That has to be worth billions.
Now that abundant proof exists of collusion between Fox and the Republicans there should be an excellent case for massive campaign finance violations going back decades. Done right this could cripple Fox News.
To survive as an entity Fox Sports and Entertainment would have to be spun off.
Do we have some lawyers in the house to comment on this?
Here's my question
To be an attorney for someone means that there has to be a contractual arrangement between the two parties. A retainer must be paid to the lawyer at a minimum.
My understanding is that Eastman was not ever retained for legal services by TFG.
That was the basis of the ruling. He wasn’t TFG’s lawyer so ipso facto his communications are not covered by attorney/client privilege.
So, how can he withholding the 27,000 pages?

I dipped a toe into Twitter
For a brief time I posted some. This was when Trump was running. Much of what I posted was prescient. I got into petty squabbles with pro-Trump idiots. I was looking for a new job and my wife pointed out that employers were starting to ask for people’s Twitter handles.
I had 21 followers when I deactivated my Twitter. Haven’t missed it. Social media is a bottomless time suck.
Facebook was briefly positive. Until the crazy.
Twitter? Its governance belatedly became superior to Facebook’s. But it was a matter of closing the barn door after the horses had run out.
Twitter and Facebook brought about Trump. In fact, Twitter more than Facebook bestowed an enormous destructive power on Trump. With Twitter he could direct his mob.
