Quote I ran across

Seven blunders of the world that lead to violence:
wealth without work,
pleasure without conscience,
knowledge without character,
commerce without morality,
science without humanity,
worship without sacrifice,
politics without principle.

I Found the 3-5 Million Voters Trump Lost By

It seems that there are 3-5 million aliens living among us. That is 3-5 million space aliens. Trump will not stop until he finds them.

Mike Max Slams Minnesota Workers

Mike Max, sports jock, on WCCO radio, 830 AM,said on Monday June 19, 2017, that the Minnesota worker was over rated and that perhaps they were just lazy. It does not sound like Mike is a true neighbor, as WCCO would like us to believe.

Poor Mike and his views.

Man Is An Animal

If man is considered to be part of the animal kingdom, animals smell the butts of others to see where they have been, to get to know them better. Is it okay to smell butts while walking down the street or in stores??

Is it a legal use of your nose??

29 Years After Husband Tried to Kill Her, Wife Finally Granted Divorce

https://www.themonastery.org/blog/2017/05/29-years-after-husband-tried-to-kill-her-wife-finally-granted-divorce/

Esther has spent the past 29 years attempting – unsuccessfully – to divorce her husband. Not a civil divorce, mind you. That part was easy. Civil proceedings moved quickly through the courts after her husband tried to murder her back in 1988.

Esther is an Orthodox Jew, meaning she also needed to get a religious divorce. But that never came. She has waited nearly 30 years for the church to formally set her free from her murderous husband.

The request was repeatedly denied due to the strict rules of Orthodox Judaism. In the eyes of the church, Esther continued to be bound to her would-be murderer. The laws of religious matrimony, they explained, could not be broken even under the grave circumstances – giving a whole new meaning to the saying “the old ball and chain.”

Believers of Orthodox Judaism are bound by strict rules. According to this particular religious doctrine, a woman cannot divorce unless her husband consents to it. Thus, married women whose husbands refuse a “get,” the common term for a religious divorce, are considered “agunot,” or chained women.

Alabama Megachurch Close to Creating Its Own Police Force

In an unprecedented move, the Alabama state Senate has approved a bill that would allow a Birmingham megachurch to create its own police force. These “church cops” would have the same authority and power as regular police officers, and would be permitted to carry guns. The big difference: they would answer to church officials instead of the government.

The leaders of Briarwood Presbyterian Church say the security of their congregation is a top priority, and they’ve been lobbying to create a police force for a while now. Church officials argue that Briarwood “needs its own police officers to keep its school as well as its more than 4,000-person congregation safe.”

Some Alabamians were astonished to hear about Briarwood’s plans to blend the duties of Church and State. Since police departments are a government institution, the decision to create a church police force lands on shaky legal ground. Indeed, the Constitution indicates that church and state must remain entirely separate of one another.

The ACLU called the Alabama bill “plainly unconstitutional,” and insists that such legislation “unnecessarily carves out special programs for religious organizations that inextricably intertwine state authority and power with church operations.”

This country gets stranger all the time .............. Christian soldiers next

I started to read the Bible from cover to cover

In doing this I have run across some things that do not make sense to be
One of them being Exodus 4:21-27 this quote below is from NIV and I am reading the KJV

21 The Lord said to Moses, “When you return to Egypt, see that you perform before Pharaoh all the wonders I have given you the power to do. But I will harden his heart so that he will not let the people go. 22 Then say to Pharaoh, ‘This is what the Lord says: Israel is my firstborn son, 23 and I told you, “Let my son go, so he may worship me.” But you refused to let him go; so I will kill your firstborn son.’”

24 At a lodging place on the way, the Lord met Moses[a] and was about to kill him. 25 But Zipporah took a flint knife, cut off her son’s foreskin and touched Moses’ feet with it. “Surely you are a bridegroom of blood to me,” she said. 26 So the Lord let him alone. (At that time she said “bridegroom of blood,” referring to circumcision.)

27 The Lord said to Aaron, “Go into the wilderness to meet Moses.” So he met Moses at the mountain of God and kissed him. 28 Then Moses told Aaron everything the Lord had sent him to say, and also about all the signs he had commanded him to perform.

I am lost in these words, makes no sense to me. Anyone out there that can tell me what I am missing??

16 Little-Known, Impeachable Offenses Already Committed By President Trump

https://extranewsfeed.com/16-little-known-impeachable-offenses-already-committed-by-president-trump-caf8830ff9f1

1. Leaning out a White House window to catcall a passing legislative aide with nice legs.

12. Impersonating actual American presidents when you have no experience, credentials, education, vocabulary, compassion, or penmanship to execute the job competently.

14. A president must be immediately impeached if his hands are too small to throw the “nuclear football” in a perfect spiral. (Historical Note: This vital addition to the list of little-known impeachable offenses occurred during Jimmy Carter’s presidency when he told his vice-president, Walter Mondale, to go out for a pass and Carter, with his smallish hands, just barely launched the nuclear football in a tight spiral. But President Trump’s physician says his hands are at least a full glove size smaller than Carter’s.)

16. Putting notches in the bedposts of the renowned four poster canopy bed of the Lincoln bedroom. (Historical Note: This crude and sophomoric behavior was started by President Zachary Taylor — a hero of Donald Trump’s — who would prospect for Washington ingenues during the day, only to, in his words, “pluck the virginity from their downy nests,” at night. It is not clear how many notches Mr. Trump has already carved into the bedposts, but White House insiders say that it is no accident the president keeps First Lady Melania locked in the penthouse of their Trump Tower mansion back in New York City.)
