A viral clip of Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) ripping into the hosts of CNBC's "Squawk Box" has been removed from the senator's YouTube channel.
According to a message on YouTube, NBC Universal requested that the video be taken down on copyright grounds.
A CNBC spokesperson did not immediately return a request for comment.
Marco Rubio Slammed By Black Lawmakers Over Stalled Judicial Nominees
Rubio and fellow Florida Sen. Bill Nelson (D) recommended Brian Davis and William Thomas last year to President Barack Obama to fill vacancies on two U.S. district courts in Florida. But the nominations have since stalled in the Senate because Rubio won't provide a "blue slip" to the Senate Judiciary Committee, a customary step that signals a senator's consent to proceed with nominees from his or her state. Without a blue slip, the committee chairman won't bring up a nominee.

Rubio is part of the GOP gate keepers.
When will Texas learn to vote in Democratic Progressives?
Will the average Texas voter ever learn that the GOP is ruining their life styles?

The whole Republican Party is incompetent.
Everyone is afraid to say it out loud and put it in writing but the problem with the US government is too many incompetent Republicans elected to office. They do not have the basic intellect to lead. The GOP politicians on average have a low reasoning ability. Why not come out and say it?

GOP Wall Street Bill Would Kill off Bank Regulations
WASHINGTON -- The House Appropriations Committee approved an agriculture budgeting bill last month that would significantly restructure the U.S. bank regulatory regime as part of a GOP effort to protect Wall Street's offshore trading in derivatives -- the complex financial products at the heart of the 2008 economic meltdown.
Republicans in Congress have been pressuring regulators for years to exempt derivatives that U.S. companies sell overseas from the new rules set by the 2010 Dodd-Frank financial reform law. For much of 2013, the deregulatory drive enjoyed bipartisan support in the House, with lawmakers casting their efforts as an attempt to harmonize U.S. law with international regulations. But financial reform advocates have attacked the initiative for padding Wall Street profits at the expense of important public protections, and Democratic support has eroded.
In June, the House passed a bill that would completely exempt from U.S. oversight derivatives sold through the nine most popular foreign derivatives jurisdictions. The legislation is occasionally derided as the "London Whale Loophole Act" on Capitol Hill -- a reference to the overseas trades that cost JPMorgan Chase more than $6 billion in 2012. London was the epicenter of much of the derivatives trading by U.S. financial firms leading up the 2008 crash, including AIG's infamous Financial Products division. If banks can simply route trades through loosely regulated overseas affiliates, financial reform advocates warn, the most critical aspects of Dodd-Frank will be effectively nullified.

Fox Pundits Continue to Ignore Information Debunking Drummed Up IRS 'Scandal'
Never mind the information that has come to light in recent weeks which shows that conservative groups were not the only ones targeted by the IRS for further scrutiny, or that the IG was requested by Darrell Issa to limit his audit to "tea party" groups, or that the scrutiny by the IRS went beyond the political. Never mind all of that because once they decide to latch onto a "scandal" over at Fox "news" they're never going to let go of it.
Even after their fellow panel member, the Washington Post's Charles Lane rightfully pointed out that there are finally some Republican members of Congress who are starting to admit that there is no there, there in this drummed up IRS scandal, Jonah Goldberg and Charles Krauthammer refused to quit trying to beat this dead horse that should have been put out of its misery weeks ago on this Friday's Special Report with Bret Baier.

How the Supreme Court just killed off the GOP
That partisan hacks of the Supreme Court did their job: They have helped their party win future elections by gutting campaign finance reform in the Citizens United case, and now the Voting Rights Act in Shelby.
This is no surprise. Justice Kennedy does vote the right way from time to time (as hes done on gay rights for a while now it was Kennedy who authored US v. Windsor, the decision striking down Section 3 of DOMA last week) , but he votes the hard-right way when it comes to supporting his party. Kennedy voted against democracy and counting the votes in Bush vs. Gore, so it wasnt particularly surprising that he would vote for the return of Jim Crow voter suppression in Shelby.
Snip..................
First and most important, every voter who gets the door slammed in their face by a corrupt Republican voter suppression law is a vote the GOP has lost for life. All the Democrats need do to claim those votes is to stand up for the disenfranchised voters. And they should be doing it now. Democrats control the Senate, they should be holding hearings on voter suppression, now.
