"The FBI is currently investigating the hacking of Americans' computers by foreign governments...Russia is a prime suspect.
Imagine a possible connection between a candidate for president in the United States and the Russian computer hacking.
Imagine the candidate has business dealings in Russia, and has publicly encouraged the Russians to hack the email of his opponent and her associates.
It would not be surprising for the FBI to include this candidate and his campaign staff in it's confidential investigation of Russian computer hacking.
But it would be highly improper, and an abuse of power, for the FBI to conduct such an investigation in the public eye, particularly on the eve of the election.
It would be an abuse of power for the director of the FBI, absent compelling circumstances, to notify members of Congress from the party opposing the candidate that the candidate or his associates were under investigation.
It would be an abuse of power if FBI agents went so far as to obtain a search warrant and raid the candidates office tower, hauling out boxes of documents and computers in front of television cameras.
The FBI's job is to investigate, not to influence the outcome of an election.
Such acts could also be prohibited under the Hatch Act, which bars the use of an official position to influence an election.
That is why the FBI presumably would keep those aspects of an investigation confidential until after the election.
The usual penalty for a violation is termination of federal employment.
And that is why, on Saturday, I filed a complaint against the FBI with the Office of Special Counsel, which investigates Hatch Act violations, and with the Office of Government Ethics."

The nations top law enforcement officer puts himself above the law.
FBI Director James Comey was told by top Justice Department officials not to make any public statement about renewing the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private e-mail server, because it violated DOJ policy on commenting on ongoing investigations, various national news outlets reported Saturday.
"Director Comey understood our position...He heard it from Justice leadership," the Washington Post's source said.
"It was conveyed to the FBI, and Comey made an independent decision to alert the Hill.
He is operating independently of the Justice Department, and he knows it."
Attorney General Lynch told Comey not to break DOJ policy -- laid out in federal prosecutor guidelines -- of not commenting on open investigations or making any statement potentially influencing election outcomes, the New Yorker's Jane Mayer reported, also citing DOJ sources.
"Lynch expressed her preference that Comey follow the department's longstanding practice of not commenting on ongoing investigations, and not taking any action that could influence the outcome of an election, " Mayer wrote.
"The FBI Director is an employee of the Justice Department, and is covered by it's policies."

Obama Ratchets Up Fight To Unseat Rubio

ORLANDO -- If Rep. Patrick Murphy manages a come-from-behind victory in his bid to unseat Sen. Marco Rubio, he may have to say, "Thanks, Obama."
National Democrats cut bait on Murphy last week, essentially ceding the Florida contest to Rubio after the Republican rose in the polls despite Donald Trump's decline.
It's President Barack Obama who has come to Murphy's rescue, tauting the two-term congressman during his second trip to Florida in just eight days.
And, the White House announced, Obama will head to both Miami and Jacksonville on Thursday.
Officially, Obama is campaigning for Hillary Clinton in the top swing state.
But his efforts on Murphy's behalf appear to be the trailing Democrat's most significant bit of outside help.
On Friday, Obama called Murphy a "hard worker" in the mold of the Democratic nominee.
The President tauted Murphy's work on Everglades restoration and led the crowd of some 9,000 people in the University of Central Florida's basketball arena in a chant of
"Patrick, Patrick, Patrick!"

As a result, he has caused serious harm to the FBI, to the election, and to the nation.
And, just incidentally, he's ruined his reputation in the process."

A pair of teenagers in the Russian province of Primorsky Krai reportedly ripped a cat's heart out and nailed a dog to a wall.
The 17-year-old was arrested after allegedly posting footage of the gruesome murders
on-line.
One photo shows a knife being held next to the face of a wide-eyed cat.
The video shows a dog hanging from a wall before being shot.
The gory photos show multiple dead animals that have been mutilated.
These savage animal murders were carried out with pure malice and sadism.
Both girls have denied any guilt and have asserted the photos were doctored.
Please take a stand for these innocent animals who were brutally tortured and murdered.

Trump Bows Out of Fight For Space Outside Hotel Grand Opening

Every time Donald Trump holds an event at his new Washington hotel they've been there.
Out front..With signs..And sometimes a bullhorn.
Protesters have not allowed the presidential candidate to peacefully promote the
Old Post Office project or his candidacy there, despite the federal government giving Trump's company unusual leeway over the property outside his $212 million hotel.
Wednesday morning will be no different, as Trump plans to hold a grand opening celebration at the hotel and two anti-Trump groups have applied for sidewalk permits to protest two weeks before the election.
In the past, Trump Organization officials have either ignored the noise out front or stationed a security guard at the front of the hotel, located in the Old Post Office pavilion on Pennsylvania Avenue.
But this time Trump hatched a unique plan to keep opponents away from his event.
A subsidiary of Trump's company applied for it's own public space permit for Wednesday morning, which would have given the magnate some control of the sidewalk along Pennsylvania Avenue and possibly forced protesters across the street.
Trump Old Post Office LLC, which leases the building from the federal government, applied for a permit to hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on the sidewalk Wednesday.
The company requested space for 300 people, 200 chairs and 30 camera tripods.

"Disturbing New Details Emerge Over Donald Trump Rape Lawsuit of a 13-Year-Old Girl"
Over the course of his entire presidential campaign, Donald trump has been in a war with the media, often accusing news outlets of fabricating negative stories about him to hurt his White House bid.
While Trump's battle with the media is at an all-time high, there's one story that most mainstream media outlets have avoided reporting.
In the summer of 1994, a woman known as "Jane Doe" was allegedly raped and threatened by Trump and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
The woman previously filed a lawsuit in California, but the judge dismissed the case.
Attempting to have her voice heard once again, "Jane Doe" made her case once again and it was strong enough to move forward in a New York court.
Federal Judge Ronnie Abrams has since ordered a status conference to be held on December 16, with the legal representatives of both sides being present in the courtroom.
As pointed out by the Bipartisan Report on October 23, new details have been revealed, painting a grim and dark picture of what allegedly went down over 20 years ago.
The victim, known as "Jane Doe," filed the (original) lawsuit under her assumed real name of Katie Johnson,
Details in the lawsuit claim she was the subject of, but not limited to,
"acts of rape, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual acts," as well as "false imprisonment" and "threats of death."
The incident apparently took place on more than one occasion, with the most emotionally scarring encounter occurring during the fourth and final time.

Many of us have pocket packs of Kleenex tucked away in purses and coat pockets, taking up space and getting all crushed and wrinkled, waiting for an emergency.
Well, guess what folks?..That emergence is here...Send them to Donald.
Show the spirit of kindness...Give 'till it hurts...If you have nothing to spare, then check under your couches and car seats for tissues you may have dropped.

Trump Accuser Says She 'Jumped Out Of Her Skin' During Debate

When Jessica Leeds was a traveling paper saleswoman in the late 1970s and early 1980s, she told herself that sexual harassment was just a fact of life.
"You didn't complain about that sort of thing," she told NPR in an interview Friday, which will air on "All Things Considered."
But an encounter she says she had with Donald Trump on a New York-bound airplane more than thirty years ago was different.
As she initially recounted to the New York Times in a story published Wednesday, she says Trump groped and kissed her as the two sat next to each other in first class.
"Whether it was 15 minutes or not, it seemed like forever," she said.
The encounter had began as a "cordial" conversation over an in-flight dinner.
Leeds said she had been escorted by a flight attendant from coach to first class, where she found herself seated next to Trump.
"They served a dinner....After the dinner was cleared he began encroaching on my side of the seat," Leeds told NPR's Audie Cornish.
"Mr Trump started coming over to me and groping me and trying to embrace me.
And then his hands started going up my skirt."
