The Future Obituary of 40+ current Republican Senators will read like this....

Former Senator Blankety Blank, who refused to convict Donald Trump in the face of overwhelming evidence, passed away today after a long fight with the truth that was cancerous to his career.
Senator Blank's presidential ambitions were sidelined because he was part of a group of Republican Senators who put their party over country in fealty to former President Donald J. Trump who incited a violent insurrection at the U.S.Capitol and ultimately served five years before dying in prison for crimes committed before and after his presidency.
Senator Blank's ultimate downfall was hastened after his refusal to listen to facts and his support for the militias, white supremacists groups, and insurrectionists was shown in his vote to acquit Trump during his second impeachment.
Senator Blank had a long career before that vote but no one cares about that after he sold out America's democratic process and became a footnote in history books.
Blank will be buried in an unmarked grave to prevent angry citizens from vandalizing, urinating, or defecating on his final resting place.

Word is out that he thinks the GOP needs to purge Trump from the party

but by denying his brethren a chance to vote against Trump, like 10 House Republicans did, the Senators are Tied to Trump FOREVER.

There's no separation and disavowal for ANY Republican senator now. They own him til eternity.

They will have Trump hanging around their neck for the rest of their lives.

Most of these Republicans defending Trump from impeachment on the House floor should be invoking

their 5th amendment rights instead.
