Watching the olympics, I started thinking...

when are we going to see more female head coaches in pro sports? I noticed there are male head coaches in BOTH male-dominated sports like the NFL and NBA, and in female-dominated sports such as the WNBA. And there are even male coaches for women's olympic teams. But there are zero female head coaches for men's teams. Why has it been like this? Is it because people think male athletes wouldn't want to be ordered around by a woman?

Is there a way to get abs without cutting out junk food?

My workout routine is 15-20 minutes on the treadmill, then 15-20 of either push-ups or crunches. I work out almost daily, and everywhere except my stomach is toned. I understand it would be more effective to not eat junk food, but I can't see myself giving up foods like pizza and cake for a diet full of salads and water. Can anyone here suggest a suitable workout routine?

Why do so many Americans not have a problem with this?

Why is it acceptable in this country for wealth to continue being concentrated in the hands of a shrinking minority, but it's not okay to strive for more equal income between everyone?

In fact, Americans are constitutionally protected from having their vote denied on the basis of race - which the Department of Justice has said would happen under Texas' law -- and voter ID laws have already disenfranchised hundreds of voters, and could prevent millions more from voting in this year's elections.

He has it wrong; voting is a RIGHT. The opportunity to lie to a national audience is a privilege.

My Rant On Constitution-Huggers

You know how conservatives and libertarians affectionately mention the Constitution on various issues? Many of them assert that the Framers never intended for federal government to intervene and dictate what states do, and that things like social security, universal health care, and the Civil Rights Act conflict with the Constitution. Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I can recall, it doesn't give states the right to discriminate against people or deny them health care, and the Preamble even mentions promoting the "general welfare."
