so, I guess, that makes me an idiot too. If so, I'm proud to be an idiot because I voted for someone I know will do everything in his power to help the middle class.

these people don't think beyond their body parts
Since most people in legislatures are male, we know what body part we are talking about. What is funny about this is that they haven't thought of this or they would have done something about it. Only for the purpose of seeing this happen would I want a personhood bill passed.

What would happen if a personhood bill passed in a state and a couple in that state was pregnant and they declared the "person" as a dependent on their tax return? I would bet that personhood bills would be overturned quickly once the tax issue got into the courts.

I voted in Bowie, Maryland (outside of Washington, DC) and it took me 2 1/2 hours last night.
I see you have the same problem in your district
Our son lives in Bartlett's district and thinks he is the best. I don't see it.
I'm proud to be a Dem
but I just don't see the love affair my district has with Steny.

Years ago I called his office as I needed help with my business. I went to my appointment with him and he never showed up. No apology no nothing. I followed him closely and realize that he may have voted for some bills that really helped his constituents, but he really didn't help this constituent. Thank you for your response.
over the years
I have been unimpressed with Steny. I turned Dem during the Clinton administration, but find Steny to be nothing but a bought and sold congressman. I wish someon could convince me otherwise. I early voted last night and could not vote for him.
