Mr. Franklin himself must have rolled over in his grave at the twisting of his words, so I am acting as his proxy, awakened suddenly in the 21st Century where technology has advanced greatly but people have changed very little.

Mr. Franklin himself indulged in shameless plagiarism, frequently quoted people without attribution, and made subtle changes to peoples' writings and utterances for the purpose of creating satire.

I was drawn in by the ongoing discussions related to freedom of the press, freedom of speech, and transparency in government.
