St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McCulloch is a major problem

He criticized the decision to remove the Ferguson police last week and is not trusted by the community. The question is how he can be prevented from prosecuting this case and who has the power to remove him? Seems unclear at this point.

His comments last week:

“It’s shameful what he did today, he had no legal authority to do that,” McCulloch said. “To denigrate the men and women of the county police department is shameful.”

Additionally, he had a recent history of declining to prosecute cops, and does not have the community's trust.
