The politicization of American privacy

I'd like to see Hillary and Bill and the Dems get a hold on this. Use this as a 2016 wedge issue against the neocons and those Dems who have embraced neocon state security...

Because...

Rand Paul/Ted Cruz/insert name here WILL use this is a wedge issue. If the Dem nominee allows herself to be tied to and supportive of Bush/Obama international and domestic snooping there will be hell to pay. I can see the misleading and manipulative ads already. Little Randayn Paul on the screen inviting young people to cross over to legalize pot, stop "the man" from snooping and spying on you and reduce size and scope of said oppressive government.

Bill should already be out there talking about abuses of the Patriot act and Patriot Act version 2009. Bill is the most trusted public figure out there today and would set up Hillary nicely.

Silly question about Nsa spying

If calls are indeed recorded, then why can't they be used in criminal trials? The Rachel-Trayvon phone calls would have been huge pieces of evidence. In addition we've all heard that satellites can identify items the size of a loaf of bread from space. So why isn't this data used in criminal investigations?

Another Friday night in Chicago.

I wish someone would talk about the national tragedy going on there.
