The Onion: "Surrendering Trump Boys Solemnly Salute Each Other Before...

...Leaping From White House First-Story Window"

WASHINGTON—Tears welling in their eyes as they faced each other while standing at attention, the Trump boys, Donald Jr. and Eric, exchanged a solemn salute before defiantly leaping from a first-story White House window. “It’s been an honor to serve with you, Don,” said a stoic Eric Trump who opened the window in the State Dining Room in preparation for the brothers’ last great act of glorious rebellion. “Don’t cry, Don, today we are going to bravely escape to heaven. I’ll meet at the pearly gates. Just look for someone who looks exactly like me yelling your name.” White House tour sources confirmed hearing the Trump boys screaming incoherently after the brothers leaped out the opening, fell 18 inches, and became entangled in coniferous shrubs.

Unaffiliated and independent voters, according to a veteran Republican strategist that spoke to Roll Call, may pose more danger in 2018 than they have in previous years as well.

“They’re tired of the drama,” the strategist said.

Another longtime Republican campaign operative told Roll Call that anti-Trump sentiment among women is soon to come back to haunt the Grand Old Party.

“We knew single women hated [the Republican Party],” the GOP operative said. “We couldn’t do anything about that. But married women were different. We figured out how to deal with them by talking about pocketbook issues. But now college-educated women hate us. Even with the current economy. It’s the bullying, the nastiness, the tweeting. It’s all about Trump’s behavior.”

Imbecile Eric Trump responds to SNL skits that portray him as an imbecile: "They detest us"

President Trump's son Eric is responding to those biting ‘Saturday Night Live’ skits that portray him as an imbecile. The running gag on the show has Eric alongside his older brother Don Jr., trying to mimic his movements and mannerisms. Eric is actually a graduate of Georgetown University. He told the Washington Post, "Unfortunately, it is the price one pays for being in a political family. They got it wrong. They detest us and they will do anything to try and undermine our credibility."

Trump told Don Jr to "cut it out" and stop cheating on his wife while she was pregnant

Trump told Don Jr to ‘cut it out’ and stop cheating on his wife while she was pregnant

The pair began their relationship in late 2011 as the taping of the show was concluding, reports Us Weekly.

“When it started, they were very serious all of a sudden,” explained a source. “He told her it was over with his wife, that they were separated and he didn’t love her. … Aubrey fell for him hard. She thought they were going to be together for real.”

Another source claimed Don Jr. told the singer his marriage was “already in the process of dissolving,” and that he was confronted by his wife when she found emails between the two.

According to Page Six, Trump — who reportedly had an affair with adult film star Stormy Daniels while his wife was pregnant with son Barron — stepped in and told his son to “cut it out.”

Trump tries to recruit "star" GOP lawyer for Mueller probe - and gets humiliatingly rejected

https://www.rawstory.com/2018/03/trump-tries-recruit-star-gop-lawyer-mueller-probe-gets-humiliatingly-rejected-report/

A Washington Post report on Tuesday claimed that the Trump White House has been trying to recruit Theodore B. Olson, described as a “star” Republican lawyer, to help defend President Donald Trump in special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe.

However, just hours after the report was published, it looks as though Olson has rejected the White House’s overtures.

Ted Boutrous — a partner at Olson’s law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher — sent out a tweet on Tuesday shooting down any notion that Olson would be leaving to work with the White House.

"March for our Lives" protest on March 24 "could draw as many as 500,000 to the nation's capital"

It's already been confirmed that Trump will be at Log-o-Merde...flight space is restricted starting Friday.

In Washington on March 24, protesters will march along Pennsylvania Avenue starting at noon. The demonstration could draw as many as 500,000 people to the nation’s capital. More than 800 “sibling marches” are also planned worldwide, from Maui to Lincoln, Nebraska, to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, to Hong Kong.

Trumps favorite pollster finds many of his own voters dont want him campaigning in their district

https://www.rawstory.com/2018/03/trumps-favorite-pollster-finds-many-voters-dont-want-campaigning-district/

Rasmussen Reports, the Republican-friendly pollster that is frequently cited by President Donald Trump, has found that a plurality of voters think Trump would hurt local candidates by campaigning for them in their districts.

According to the pollster, 40 percent of likely voters think Trump campaigning in their district would hurt the candidate he’s trying to help, while just 28 percent said it would help the candidate. 21 percent of likely voters, meanwhile, said his presence in their districts would have no impact.

Although Rasmussen does not break down these numbers by party affiliation for non-subscribers, it does say that while “most Republicans plan to vote for a member of Congress who supports President Trump’s agenda… they have reservations when it comes to the president joining candidates on the campaign trail.”

Earlier this month, Trump campaigned for Republican Rick Saccone, a congressional candidate in Pennsylvania’s 18th congressional district. Despite the fact that Trump had won the district by 20 points in 2016, his presence was not enough to drag Saccone over the finish line, as he narrowly lost the race to Democratic challenger Conor Lamb.
