Considering the so-called "crack baby epidemic" has now been completely debunked as Reagen-era Drug War BS (see the NY Times expose just a year or two ago called 'The Epidemic That Wasn't" for further details), this is some very, very funny stuff.

Because the car wasn't placed properly in "park" when the stupid kids panicked, as stupid kids do when they get busted doing something stupid. She lived right across the street from us. The officer was "struck" but uninjured by the car, which means he will be seen as completely justified in the murder of this child. I'm so f***king pissed right now I can hardly stand it. When will this end?
