Three Judges “Astonished” At Now Seeing The Collapse of Building 7 (14 years later)

GumshoeNews.com March 15, 2015 by Dalia Mae

In the interview below, after the court case, Neils Harrit says,

“We got the opportunity, for once, to present a video of World Trade Centre 7 collapsing, in court, … at that time I recognised a state of astonishment among the three judges…. I understand, as usual, that none of them had heard or seen the collapse of Building 7 before.”

“I’m just an ordinary, very ordinary retired scientist from the University of Copenhagen who just can’t stand (when) the fundamental laws of Galileo and Sir Isaac Newton are not respected in the public domain.”

The former Prime Minister of Australia, Malcolm Fraser, was also unaware that a third building had collapsed on September 11, 2001 (when I interviewed him last year). Regardless of the outcome of this libel case, the collapse of this Building 7 has been deliberatedly “kept” from the public.

According to Mike Young’s report, Journalist Søren K. Villemoes seemed confident coming out of the courtroom after a four-hour long court drama in the Eastern High Court in Copenhagen. He writes that Harrit’s witness, a professor of theoretical physics Per Hedegård from the University of Copenhagen’s Niels Bohr Institute could have over complicated the issue...

Frank Legge March 16, 2015:

There is no need to debate trolls who continually promote the view that the NIST report is true. All that is necessary is to point out that the collapse of WTC7 was, for about 100 feet, at free fall, as now admitted by NIST. Only simultaneous severance of all support columns can achieve this, which requires the use of explosives. Any other explanation for the collapse will produce sagging, bending, tilting motions, leading to a slow collapse, which will be obviously progessive. This has been clearly set out here:

911 Truth: Distinguished Scientist Dr. Niels Harrit Sues Danish Newspaper for Libel
Will Present Video of WTC 7 in Court
Richard Gage Global Research, March 03, 2015

Two days ago, we announced that Dr. Niels Harrit, the distinguished co-author of the landmark nano-thermite paper, will be appearing in Danish High Court two weeks from now to bring an appeal in his libel suit against the Danish newspaper Weekendavisen.

It all started back in December 2012 with an article titled “Madness in the Royal Library.” In it, Weekendavisen writer Søren K. Villemoes referred to Dr. Harrit and his fellow 9/11 activists as “crackpots,” while also comparing them to creationists and Holocaust deniers.

“. . . Is the library soon going to open its doors to an exhibition showing us ‘alternative’ theories about evolution? . . . Why not just invite in Niels Harrit and the other crackpots from the 9/11 skeptics movement while we are at it? What about the holocaust denial movement?”

Søren K. Villemoes, Weekendavisen, December 7, 2012

For Dr. Harrit, a scientist who taught chemistry for 40 years at the University of Copenhagan, this amounted to an allegation of scientific misconduct and a baseless attempt to damage his hard-earned reputation. So he decided to seek recourse under Denmark’s strong libel law — and give himself the opportunity to prove in a court of law the scientific legitimacy of his 9/11 research.

Now Dr. Harrit Needs Our Help...

Japanese Hydrogen Expo Previews the Future "A big week for the greenies"

(x-post from GD)

A big week for the greenies in Japan sees renewable energy technology get equal billing

The launch this year of the world's first production fuel-cell car, the Toyota Mirai, has driven the accelerated growth of hydrogen refuelling station infrastructure development across Japan. And the introduction of Toyota's fuel-cell passenger vehicle to the Japanese market has also served to focus unprecedented attention on this year's International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Expo at the Big Site complex on Tokyo Bay..

...Regarded as the planet's biggest expo of its type, the fuel cell expo drew some 1580 companies from around the world, participating in five days of lectures, demonstrations of future and existing technologies and test drives of fuel cell cars including the Mirai and Honda Clarity...

Gas company Taiyo Nippon Sanso Ltd revealed a world-first with its compact portable hydrogen station mounted onto the back of a 10-ton truck. H2 to go- anywhere.

...The question begs. Why is Japan so aggressive in its adoption and development of hydrogen-powered fuel cell cars and the infrastructure to support it? Japanese car companies including Toyota, Nissan and Honda have been developing fuel cell cars for well over 10 years. But it was the earthquake, tsunami wave and resulting nuclear disaster in March 2011 that forced the government to shut down its 54 nuclear reactors and look for alternative forms of energy that stimulated car and energy companies to accelerate hydrogen-based technologies.

The Honda Smart Hydrogen Station- Home fueling of Hydrogen Vehicles

...Up until early 2011, Japan's energy needs were split up into 20 per cent nuclear, 30 per cent coal and the remainder in oil and natural gas. To fill the gap created by the loss of nuclear energy, Japan started importing more oil which has led to higher energy (electricity) prices and higher C02 levels...

Scientific American: Top 10 Emerging Technologies of 2015. #1- Fuel Cell Vehicles

March 4, 2015 |By Bernard Meyerson |Scientific American.com

Technology is perhaps the greatest agent of change in the modern world. Although never without risk, technological breakthroughs promise solutions to the most pressing global challenges of our time. From zero-emission cars fueled by hydrogen to computer chips modeled on the human brain, this year’s Top 10 Emerging Technologies list—an annual compilation from the World Economic Forum (WEF)—offers a vivid glimpse of the power of innovation to improve lives, transform industries and safeguard our planet...

1. Fuel Cell Vehicles

Zero-emission cars that run on hydrogen

Honda Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle coming to the US in 2016 Credit: Honda

Fuel-cell vehicles have long promised several major advantages over those powered by electricity or hydrocarbons. The technology has only now begun to reach the stage where automotive companies are planning launches for consumers, however. Initial prices are likely to be in the range of $70,000 but should come down significantly as volumes increase within the next couple of years.

Unlike batteries, which must be charged from an external source and can take from five to 12 hours depending on the car and charger, fuel cells generate electricity directly, using hydrogen or natural gas. In practice, fuel cells and batteries are combined, with the fuel cell generating electricity and the batteries storing it until demanded by the motors that drive the vehicle. Fuel-cell vehicles are therefore hybrids and will likely also deploy regenerative braking, which recovers energy from waste heat, a key capability for maximizing efficiency and range.

Unlike battery-powered electric vehicles, fuel-cell powered ones have a long cruising range—up to 650 kilometers per tank (the fuel is usually compressed hydrogen gas); a hydrogen fuel refill only takes about three minutes. Hydrogen is clean-burning, producing only water vapor as waste, so fuel-cell vehicles using hydrogen will be zero-emission, an important factor given the need to reduce air pollution...

...There are a number of ways to produce hydrogen without generating carbon emissions. Most obviously, renewable sources of electricity from wind and solar sources can be used to electrolyze water...SNIP

Hugh Hempel is a technology industry veteran turned health care entrepreneur. In this moving talk he discusses how medicinal cannabis has enriched the lives of his ailing 11 year-old daughters. This talk will challenge your views of medical marijuana.

Hugh Hempel is a technology industry veteran turned healthcare entrepreneur. During his 30-year career in high technology, Hugh has held numerous senior management positions in many innovative and pioneering technology companies.

As chief operating officer and co-founder of Hopelink, Hugh launched one of the first Healthcare Internet start-ups that matched cancer patients with online clinical trials. Prior to founding Hopelink, Hugh held a variety of positions at Netscape, the first successful consumer Web browser software company. As Director of Online Marketing and Director of Enterprise Sales and Marketing, Hugh worked with the team that helped make the Web a reality for millions of people worldwide.

Prior to joining Netscape, Hugh worked as Manager of Engineering and Science markets for Apple Computer. While at Apple, he helped define the Apple Newton Messagepad, Apple’s first handheld computer that was a revolution in personal computing.

Hugh also held the position of Director at Computervision, an early pioneer in Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software used by companies around the world to develop automotive and aerospace products. Hugh’s first job in the technology industry was as a National Accounts Representative for IBM after graduating with a B.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Vermont.

In 2006, Hugh’s 10 year old identical twin daughters were diagnosed with a rare and fatal neurodegenerative disease called Niemann Pick Type C, often referred to as “Childhood Alzheimer’s.” Since that time, Hugh and his wife Chris have immersed themselves in science and medicine and discovered through their own research that a simple sugar compound called cyclodextrin could save their twins’ lives. As parents, they successfully filed applications with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and received permission to try this never before used treatment on their daughters.

The Hempel’s journey to develop cyclodextrin has made international headlines and was recently featured in The Wall Street Journal in a 10 chapter story entitled, “A Desperate Fight to Save Kids and Change Science,” as well as in a documentary called “Here. Us. Now.” More information can be found at http://projects.wsj.com/trials and http://here-us-now.com/.

In 2009, Hugh and his wife Chris became interested in Cannabidiol (CBD), one of at least 80 active cannabinoids identified in marijuana and hemp, as his twins suffer from intractable seizures as a result of their disease and experience up to a 100 seizures a week. Through extensive research, they learned that cannabinoid receptors are involved in a vast array of functions in the body, including helping to control brain and nerve activity (including memory and pain), energy metabolism, heart function, and the immune system. After realizing pharmaceutical grade cannabis products were unavailable for their daughters and other patients in Nevada, the Hempel’s decided to create a Nevada based “cannabusiness” focused on legally developing and distributing high-quality flowers, extracts and concentrates at competitive prices.

Hugh sits on the Board of Directors for The Global Genes Project, a leading rare and genetic disease non-profit advocacy organization based in California. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of healthcare topics including small clinical trial design, new drug discovery, and patient reported outcome systems for more efficient clinical research.

Hugh aims to create a large scale cannabis clinical research clearing house in an effort to better elucidate the potential benefits of this cannabis plant. Until such time as there are readily available quality cannabis medicinal products on the market, this goal is nearly impossible. The creation of a pharmaceutical quality cannabis supply network is the first step towards this larger goal of building knowledge about using cannabis to improve health.

WTC 7 Damage pic

NIST WTC7 FAQ

8. Why did WTC 7 collapse, while no other known building in history has collapsed due to fires alone?

The collapse of WTC 7 is the first known instance of a tall building brought down primarily by uncontrolled fires.

21. Did debris from the collapse of WTC 1 cause damage to WTC 7's structure in a way that contributed to the building's collapse?

The debris from WTC 1 caused structural damage to the southwest region of WTC 7—severing seven exterior columns—but this structural damage did not initiate the collapse. The fires initiated by the debris, rather than the structural damage that resulted from the impacts, initiated the building's collapse after the fires grew and spread to the northeast region after several hours.

The debris impact caused no damage to the spray-applied fire-resistive material that was applied to the steel columns, girders, and beams except in the immediate vicinity of the severed columns. The debris impact damage did play a secondary role in the last stages of the collapse sequence, where the exterior façade buckled at the lower floors where the impact damage was located. A separate analysis showed that even without the structural damage due to debris impact, WTC 7 would have collapsed in fires similar to those that occurred on Sept. 11, 2001. None of the large pieces of debris from WTC 2 hit WTC 7 because of the large distance between the two buildings.

22. Would WTC 7 have collapsed even if there had been no structural damage induced by the collapse of WTC 1?

Yes. Even without the structural damage, WTC 7 would have collapsed from the fires that the debris initiated. The growth and spread of the lower-floor fires due to the loss of water supply to the sprinklers from the city mains was enough to initiate the collapse of the entire building due to buckling of a critical column in the northeast region of the building.

Another US ‘Success Story': The Creation and Abandonment of Kosovo

Thomas Harrington, February 28, 2015 AntiWar.com

Kosovo is falling apart at the seams, with it thousands of its citizens seeking desperately to escape life there by any means possible.

Haven’t heard about that one?

Perhaps that’s because the U.S. is almost wholly responsible for creating an independent Kosovo, and from there, the brutal and corrupt power structure that lords cruelly over the life of its people. The creation of an independent Kosovo in the name of democracy and humanitarianism is considered by the Clinton crowd to be one of the U.S.’s first post-Cold War foreign policy successes.

Under the direction of the late egotist Richard Holbrook, intellectual – if we can use that word – godfather of today’s Susan Rices and Samantha Power, a new U.S. protectorate was created in the heart of the Balkans, one of the more historically unstable regions of the Western world.

Of course, it had nothing to do with democracy and humanitarianism and everything to do, as has been the case with most major moves the U.S. has undertaken in the world since 1989, with the need to give the U.S. the ability to a) project power into every corner of the globe b) disrupt the possibility of any country or bloc of countries impeding its economic and military designs.

More concretely, it was part of the U.S. plan to make sure that the then newly unshackled countries of Eastern and Southeastern Europe would essentially be beholden to it, and not their EU neighbors... snip-continue>
