Was Ertic Garner murdered to cover up NYPD corruption?

The Free Thought Project tried multiple times to confirm this complaint against the NYPD by reaching out to their Staten Island precinct. However, after being placed on hold by the NYPD for long periods of time, hung up on, and eventually ignored, we were unable to get a statement from them in regards to this case. The recordings of these calls will be put up on our Radio Show youtube channel for review.

However, we did confirm with a member of Garner’s family that Eric Garner was frequently harassed by these officers, and it goes much deeper than money. Garner had actually been sexually assaulted by the NYPD, on multiple occasions, according to our sources.

Of course, this sounds ridiculous. How would the NYPD sexually assault a man like Eric Garner, and why? But if we dig a little deeper we see that officer Daniel Pantaleo, the man who was responsible for Garner’s death, has been sued three times for violating the constitutional rights of other black males in the area, by performing humiliating strip searches and fondling the genitalia of his victims, some of them in public view.

I wouldn't put anything past a group of thugs who get paid to kill.

It would be nice to know the truth but the truth is elusive, especially when police are invovled.

So if a country knows there will be a

drone attack that will kill innocent men, women, children and babies but, they do not know the location or the exact time; but they have in custody a US military prisoner that they were told by a person, who was paid a large sum of money for the information, that the prisoner does know the time and place of the attack, well then, the US Government and the CIA and the US military would understand that using any type and any severity level of torture on the prisoner to save the lives of the innocent people would be the tactics to use and there could be no complaints from the US even if the person getting the reward money lied.

In 2010 veteran St. Louis Police officer lost lawsuit for $850,000 after hanging noose up in office

But it was all just a joke, don't you know.

The tale:

In 2010 veteran St. Louis Police officer lost lawsuit for $850,000 after hanging noose up in office

In 2010, 22-year veteran St. Louis police officer James Murphy and three white officers he supervised lost a lawsuit filed by two African-American officers after white officers hung a noose up in the office to intimidate black officers. Murphy, the supervising officer, refused to take it down, and said it was all in good fun. The lawsuit also stated that Murphy had a long history of discrimination in the department and regularly passed over more decorated and experienced black officers for promotions to advance the careers of inexperienced white officers.

None of the white officers involved were fired or even suspended for incident.

Certainly, when you now view the recent statement made by the black officers association in St. Louis regarding how Jeff Roorda and the white police officers association doesn't speak for them regarding the protest by the Rams or issues of police brutality in general, it all makes so much more sense when you understand the history of strife and racism in their department.

"Sure if you want to take that chance"

So a friend of mine called the Cleveland PD and asked a cop if he had a BB gun stuck in his waistband and a cop pulled up and ordered him to drop the gun, should he reach for the gun?

This is what happened in the Tamir Rice shooting - no order to 'put your hands up' was given.

The cop laughed and said Sure. If you are willing to take that chance.

So my friend asked him if obeying a cop's order is "Taking a chance?" And then asked. "A chance for what?"

Thew cop then laughed and said, "Personally, I would not have a BB gun in my waistband.

My friend then asked, " is it against the law to have a BB gun in your waistband?'

The cop laughed and laughed and laughed and refused to answer.

Prosecutor Robert McCulloch and his conflict of interest in the Wilson case

is evident in his association with the organization named "Bachstoppers' This organization held a fundraiser for Wilson by way of a T-Shirt sale. McCulloch is the president of Backstoppers, Inc.

Found this here:

All eyes are on Ferguson after the grand jury investigating Officer Darren Wilson’s conduct involving the shooting death of Michael Brown came back with no indictments. This has resulted in new focus on not only the evidence and testimony presented to the grand jury, but to the prosecutor, Robert McCulloch himself. And this focus has revealed a disturbing link between fundraisers tied to each man.

In addition to his duties as the county prosecutor, Robert McCulloch is also the president of The Backstoppers, Inc., an organization used to fundraise for the men and women in uniform in both Missouri and Illinois. And, in August, his organization was affiliated with a t-shirt drive featuring a picture of Missouri and the statement “I SUPPORT OFFICER D. WILSON” which was set up to raise money for the Darren Wilson Defense Fund as well as The Backstoppers.

......

This is on top of any other support which Backstoppers will offer. Not all who Backstoppers supports will get all assistance, so it is unknown what, if anything, the organization may have done to assist Officer Wilson. The shirt itself was set up by an anonymous third party, with page links to both entities, creating what may potentially be an inadvertent conflict of interest.

The t-shirts are a link which open up disturbing questions we must ask about the prosecutor’s ability to do his job impartially in the Darren Wilson grand jury investigation. As his organization appears to have been partially funded by these handful of shirts, it is a cause for concern. Are there other cases where some form of double-dealing has occurred?

The people of Ferguson Mo can legally demend Wilson be taken before a new GJ with

a new prosecutor who does not have a conflict of interest in Wilson's prosecution like McCulloch does. And who made it very plain the he believed Wilson was innocent of any crime.

I found this on thinkprogress.org:

Of course, McCulloch would never pursue new charges because — as he made clear in his press conference — he vehemently believes Wilson is innocent. It is McCulloch’s vocal allegiance to the defendant that has caused many legal experts to question the process.

So in order for the evidence to be presented to a new grand jury, a new prosecutor would have to be appointed. Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has the power to appoint a special prosecutor for the case. But Nixon, through a spokesman, said he would not appoint one. Most people have treated this as the end of the story.
It’s not.

There is a provision of Missouri Law — MO Rev Stat § 56.110 — that empowers “the court having criminal jurisdiction” to “appoint some other attorney to prosecute” if the prosecuting attorney “be interested.” (The term “be interested” is an awkward legal way to refer to conflict-of-interest or bias. The statute dates from the turn of the 20th century.)
The court with jurisdiction over Darren Wilson’s case is the 21st Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri. That means the power to appoint a special prosecutor is held by Maura McShane, the Presiding Judge of the 21st Circuit.

Darren Wilson is now a millionaire +

A NBC source with knowledge of the #DarrenWilson interview talks said that ABC offered to pay “mid-to-high” six figures for the interview.

The source did not say an exact figure because NBC stopped bidding for it after ABC upped the ante.

The taped interview was shot on Tuesday. Clinton operative-turned ABC News host George Stephanopoulos will do the interview.

The choice for Stephanopoulos is curious given that Missouri Governor Jay Nixon was once touted as a potential running mate to Hillary Clinton.
