I Love How 3 Out Of 5 Of The "Trending Now" Posts are On How Bernie Won The DFA Endorsement!
This is big. Democracy For America is quite influential on the left. I know Howard Dean endorsed Secretary Clinton, but I love how, being Democracy For America, the site decided to use democracy in how they choose the endorsed candidate, instead of the heads of the website picking for them. With 84% of the vote, this is another example that shows Bernie is the candidate OF, FOR, and BY the people.

How do you upload your own avatar image to DU
I've seen other people with avatar images that aren't an option and I'm curious how to upload.

Mom Alters Tattoo to Support Transgender Son’s True Identity.
Ten years ago, Steve Peace, a tattoo artist, and his wife, Lindsey, decided to pay tribute to their three children with tattoos. Each featured a portrait of their kids Ace, Hamish, and Eliot.
Like most tattoos, the jobs were fairly simple. Aces, however, required a little more work.
Originally, the tattoo depicted Ace in pigtails, wearing a pink dress with a purple bow. The tattoo was completed before Ace, now 15, came out as a transgender teen. I felt kind of different from everyone else, Ace told Metro News. I just didnt get it, like what exactly was different about me. I just thought I was weird, but nothing that put me out of place or anything.
Ace came out to his parents last New Years, and they have supported him since.
We werent surprised, Steve told Metro News. As parents, you say, Whatever makes you happy, and weve seen him become happier and happier as time goes on, which makes us happy.
